My Mum, She played a great role in the success of my business , she had a remarkable ability to remain positive even when faced by challenges, she always viewed setbacks as opportunities to learn and grow. This mind set has allowed me to stay motivated and find creative solutions when obstacles arise, Growing up I watched her handle difficulties ‘with grace and resilience which taught me the value of staying hopeful during tough times in both life and and work. My mum’s optimism not only helped me in my personal development and business but has made me who I am today .

At Faiza’s Kitchen we specialize in bringing the vibrant and flavorful world of Swahili Cuisine to your table, Our Dishes are tooted in tradition blending African , Arabic, and Indian Influences that creates a unique and Authentic taste that reflects the rich culture of Swahili coast .
Every meal is prepared with love and respect for the culinary heritage that has been passed down from generations.

We pride ourselves on using fresh local -sourced ingredient’s and traditional cooking methods, ensuring that each bite transports you to the heart of Swahili culture, Whether its Our signature Biryani’s, Spiced coconut curries , chapatis , Mahamri and samosa there is always something exciting and delicious to try.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
I will say 1. Passion for Authenticity- From start it as crucial to stay true to the Authenticity of Swahili Cuisine the rich flavors and culture is what makes Faiza’s Kitchen Special .Having a genuine passion ensures your work remains rooted in quality and purpose
Advice for those on Journey focus on what excites and drives you as authenticity not only sets you apart but also creates a deep connection with audience while maintaining of purpose.
2.Resilience and Adaptability- Like any business we face challenges along the way and we still are , from operations to expanding the brand and customer trends ,
Advice -Cultivate a mindset that embraces change and remains positive all the time stay flexible and use feedback from customers or markets to improve.
3. Community Building and Networking – Building strong relations with customers and community helped Faiza’s Kitchen grow organically , word of mouth ,partnerships and customer loyalty is part of our success and continuous improvement
Advice – Invest in building connections with people who support your brand ,whether the are customers ,collaborators or mentors. Engaging with community not only helps spread the word but also creates a strong foundation for growth , Always show appreciation to those who believe in your vision.

Number one challenge is financial resources to grow my business and buy kitchen equipment’s ,I have joined cortex one bootcamp which assist with resources on how to start, thrive and continuous improvement
