We were lucky to catch up with Wren Heft recently and have shared our conversation below.
Wren, so great to have you with us and we want to jump right into a really important question. In recent years, it’s become so clear that we’re living through a time where so many folks are lacking self-confidence and self-esteem. So, we’d love to hear about your journey and how you developed your self-confidence and self-esteem.
For me consistency is key! From holding boundaries, standards, and following through on agreements with myself. The confidence and self-worth/self-esteem came over time knowing that I had my own back in any situation or circumstance. The more that I showed up for myself consistently and trusted that I knew it was best for me the smaller day-to-day confidence grew and blossomed over time! Whether it’s teaching yoga applying it to Reiki workshops and solo sessions or even speaking on my podcast the sunroom podcast consistently showing up and Shining my best foot forward has only aided in that confidence and self-esteem boost over time!

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
My heart led business Flow with Wren and The Sunroom Podcast were born after a pivot in career and a large step towards a new way of showing up in my authenticity. After leaving a fast-paced lifestyle in Olympic level equine care I took a hard shift into a slower more mindful approach to living.
I took my 200 hr yoga teacher training the summer of 2020 and was hooked fostering a newfound excitement for leaning into yoga and Wellness of all forms! Leading to furthering my education and certifications to teach children yoga, two Reiki practitioner attunements and certifications as well.
Focusing on my rebirth, glowing through grief, and shining in my authentic power. I asked myself what would future Wren do?! And alas the sunroom podcast the past three years has touched so many with solo discussions and guided meditations on all notes of my spiritual/healing journey along with chakra systems, and yogic limbs in hopes to share my wisdom in order to Aid others along their unique and individual path through life!
The most exciting and special part about all of this is finding such ease and peace on this beautiful new way of slow and intentional living, aiding in others ease healing and relaxation of mind, body, and spirit through Reiki healing work, teaching yoga classes, and again sprinkling that wisdom through my podcast format.
Within the next month I am excited to lean further through my healing and energetic mastering to become a reiki master and yogic leader in the outer Philadelphia area. Embodying a mentor position for all that are looking to take on a path of healing no matter the direction or stage they begin.
Moving forward the goal for flow with red is to acquire a location to call for these offerings and cultivate an energy that leaves you wanting more!

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
The most impactful qualities in my development have been adaptability, communication, and continuous learning.
Adaptability enables me to adjust to various situations and challenges, while strong communication skills allow me to connect with clients
effectively by simplifying complex ideas. Continuous learning keeps me evolving and ensures I provide relevant, informed insights.
For those starting their journey, embracing change, honing clear and empathetic communication, and cultivating a mindset of
ongoing learning will create a solid foundation for success in any field.
