Vanessa , we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?

In the beginning of my real estate career, I faced several chalenges, often questioning my abilities in a competitive market. However, through perseverance and an strong belief in my vision, I startet on a journey of self-discovery. I set small and achievalble goals that built my skills and gradually transformed my mindset. Each success, like closing of a deal or recieving positive feedback from my clients boosted the confidence that I have now. Today, I am proud not only as an experienced real estae agent but as a women, wife and mom of twins. The power of self believe and resilence changes destinies.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

As a dedicated real estate agent and loan officer, my profession is not just a career; it’s my passion. I believe in treating every client like family, providing a personal touch that set me apart from the rest. My commitment to see every family succeed has not only helped me to grow but has also inpired me to pursue my broker license. With each successfull transaction, I am establishing new partnerships to enhance the service I offer, ensuring my clients receive the best possible experience in real estate and mortgage solutions. Together, we’re building dreams, and I am excited to keep pushing the boundaries of what we can achieve.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Reflecting on my journey as real estate agent, three qualities that stand out to my success: perseverance, communication and adaptability. Perseverance allowed me to navigate the highs and lows of the market with confidence, while effective communication helped me build trust and lasting relationships with my clients. Adaptabilty kept me open to learning and growing in a dynamic industry. For those new to this journey, I encourage you to take challenges as growth opportunities, prioritize connections with every client and remain flexible in your strategies. Do not forget mentorship, engage in continous learning and don’t hesitate to step outside your comfort zone, these are the keys that I advice to unlock your full potential.

Who has been most helpful in helping you overcome challenges or build and develop the essential skills, qualities or knowledge you needed to be successful?

Throughout my journey, my husband and my twins boys have been my greatest support in overcoming challenges. As engineer, he introduce in me the mindset of finding solutions rather than living on problems, encouraging me to differentiate myself and shine in my career. Meanwhile, my twins represent strength and unconditional love, teaching me the value of giving my best every day. Their belief in me, reminding me that with their love and guidance, I can deal with any obstacle that comes my way. Together, they inspire me daily to continue my journey with passion and determination.
