Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Kim Casa. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Kim , thank you so much for joining us. You are such a positive person and it’s something we really admire and so we wanted to start by asking you where you think your optimism comes from?
My optimism comes from the belief that the universe is conspiring in my favor. I view setbacks not as failures but as opportunities for growth and learning. Whenever I face a challenge, I ask myself how I can learn from it and become stronger. Each day, I wake up with the mindset that the world is full of abundance, and I consciously look for the good in every situation. This perspective keeps me focused on positivity and personal growth.
Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
I am a creative entrepreneur with a passion for design and organization. After graduating from the University of Georgia with a degree in Advertising, I went on to earn a certificate in graphic design from the Portfolio Center. Driven by the desire to climb the ladder in the design field, I spent nearly a decade working in various roles, but something always felt missing. Through this journey, I went on to discover that the freedom I craved wasn’t in one discipline but in the ability to express my creativity across multiple areas. With ADHD, being confined to a single role or project felt limiting, and that realization led me to entrepreneurship, where I could fully tap into all my skill sets.
Casa Cove began as a curated second-hand home goods pop-up shop, blending my love for thrifting and home decor. However, recognizing the potential for more, Casa Cove evolved into a full-service home organization and management company. This pivot allows me to engage directly with the client, helping them transform their homes while utilizing creativity in a more hands-on and personal way. And the best part is that no two days are alike!
Casa Cove specializes in organizing spaces like pantries, closets, garages, offices, playrooms, and beyond. The business also offers a home management service that helps busy individuals manage their household tasks such as laundry management, running errands, appointment scheduling, grocery shopping, and more. Casa Cove ensures homes run smoothly and efficiently.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
I think the top 3 qualities that have been impactful on my journey are:
1. Resilience: As an entrepreneur, you face daily challenges and setbacks, and the ability to bounce back from failures and keep pushing forward is crucial.
2. Adaptability: Your business landscape will constantly change. I believe successful entrepreneurs are able to pivot and adjust their strategies as needed. Being open to change is vital.
3. Vision: Have a clear vision of what you want to achieve and keep pushing until you see it through.
How can folks who want to work with you connect?
I’m always eager to grow, explore new opportunities, and expand my skill set. I’m particularly interested in collaborating with real estate agents to assist with home staging and organization to help properties sell. Additionally, I’m looking to partner with clients who own multiple properties, whether locally or internationally, to manage and organize their estates.
