Hi Michael Rivera, better known as Mike Jigande , thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?

My work ethic is largely shaped by my experiences growing up / being raised by a single mother, who instilled in me the values of resilience and determination. Watching her navigate challenges taught me the importance of hard work and commitment.

Additionally, I have a strong business mindset that drives me to seek opportunities and embrace strategic thinking. Rather than letting struggles defeat me, I focus on turning them into strategies for success, which fuels me to achieve my goals in what ever I do / come across.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I’m a multifaceted artist with a diverse skill set that includes being a model, music producer, influencer, ugc content creator, product reviewer, dj, comedian, impressionist, beatboxer, and computer technician. I also create lyric videos, design song artwork, and write songs as well.

Each of these roles allows me to express my creativity and connect with my audience in unique ways, driving my passion for the arts and entertainment.

I’m currently working on an exciting song called “My Love” in collaboration with a talented female artist. I truly believe this track has the potential to be a viral hit and resonate globally. To enhance its impact, I’ve already developed a music visualizer and a music video that are ready to launch alongside the song.

The marketing strategy for “My Love” is designed to maximize it’s reach and visibility, ensuring that the results will be seen all over the world. Spreading the word about my music and brand is a top priority for me, and I can’t wait to share this project with everyone!

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Reflecting on my journey, three qualities that have been particularly impactful are adaptability, effective communication, and a commitment to lifelong learning.

Adaptability has allowed me to navigate unexpected challenges and seize new opportunities, helping me to remain relevant in an ever-changing landscape.

Effective communication has facilitated meaningful connections and collaborations, enabling me to articulate ideas clearly and foster a supportive network.

Finally, a commitment to lifelong learning has kept me curious and open-minded, ensuring that I continually grow and evolve in both my personal and professional life.

In addition to these qualities, a solid foundation in critical thinking has proven invaluable. The ability to analyze situations, weigh options, and make informed decisions has been essential in overcoming obstacles.

This combination of adaptability, communication, and critical thinking has not only shaped my journey but has also equipped me to tackle complex problems and contribute positively to my surroundings.

For those early in their journey, my primary advice is to embrace adaptability by staying open to new experiences and challenges.

This can be achieved by stepping outside your comfort zone, whether through networking, seeking mentorship, or taking on diverse roles. Being flexible allows you to learn from various situations and people, ultimately enriching your skill set and perspective.

Additionally, honing your communication skills is crucial. Practice active listening and seek feedback to enhance your ability to express ideas and collaborate effectively.

Lastly, cultivate a mindset of lifelong learning. Explore different fields, read widely, and engage in courses or workshops that pique your interest. Setting aside time for self-reflection will help you identify areas for improvement and growth. By fostering adaptability, communication, and a commitment to learning, you will create a strong foundation for a successful and fulfilling journey ahead.

Moving forward, I would like to collaborate with as many different artists as possible weather it be singers or rappers as I produce a variety of different genres like
hip hop, r&b, pop, edm, afrobeat,
and reggaeton as well 🎶
