Vanessa, we are so happy that our community is going to have a chance to learn more about you, your story and hopefully even take in some of the lessons you’ve learned along the way. Let’s start with self-care – what do you do for self-care and has it had any impact on your effectiveness?
What I do for self-care starts from the inside out. This means I have a morning routine and daily healthy habits that help me achieve the perfect balance to take care of myself. The most important thing for me is to work on my soul and mind. I practice deep meditation and prayer, which allows me to feel peace and a connection with God. Thanks to this habit, I feel less stress, and I embrace any problem or circumstance with a positive attitude. Prayer, for me, is talking with God from my heart, and I also connect with Him when I’m around nature.
Moreover, taking care of our bodies is extremely important because our health depends on it. I nourish my body with high-quality nutrients, daily greens, herbs, and supplements that improve the quality of my longevity. I do a cold plunge around 3 to 5 times per week, alternating between hot and cold, as it helps the lymphatic system and activates the mitochondria of my cells, improving my energy levels. Additionally, I consume lots of water with hydrogen tablets and add drops like Schisandra to enhance my skin with a natural glow and workout 6 days per week. These are some examples of what I do in my daily routine, but I highly recommend people to start incorporating small habits into their daily routine, as they will see a big change. Learning to manage stress is also crucial, as it is the cause of many health issues.”

In addition to my passion for spreading the word about my brand, I actively engage in various sports activities to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. I find joy in playing sports such as tennis, golf, and swimming. These sports not only provide physical exercise but also enhance my coordination, agility, and mental focus.
To further optimize my performance and well-being, I am an enthusiastic participant in biohacking activities. Biohacking involves adopting innovative techniques and practices to improve various aspects of life, including physical and mental performance. Some of the biohacking activities I enjoy include infrared sauna sessions, which help detoxify my body and promote relaxation. Additionally, lymphatic massages aid in improving circulation and reducing inflammation. Braintap sessions assist in achieving mental clarity and deep relaxation. Moreover, I prioritize engaging in deep meditation to calm my mind, reduce stress, and gain a deeper sense of self-awareness.
While I thrive on personal growth and self-care, my brand is dedicated to helping others flourish by addressing their overall well-being. There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Reflecting on my journey, I believe the three qualities that have had the most profound impact are persistence, patience, and discipline. These qualities have empowered me to face any challenge head-on and never give up. Cultivating patience has been invaluable, as it has allowed me to endure the inevitable ups and downs along the way, knowing that progress takes time. My advice to those starting their journey is to develop and enhance these qualities. Train your mind and engage in practices that help reprogram your thinking patterns, enabling you to acquire skills that are beneficial both in your professional and personal life. Embracing mindfulness can be transformative, and I highly recommend the book “NLP: The Essential Guide to Neuro-Linguistic Programming” as it offers valuable insights into emotional intelligence and self-awareness. By honing these qualities and expanding your knowledge, you can navigate challenges with resilience and achieve remarkable growth and success.

The most impactful thing my parents did for me was to raise me with love and care. Their unwavering support and affection created a solid foundation in my life. Growing up, I was nurtured with a sense of protection, compassion, and kindness, which shaped my character. They instilled in me essential values and taught me the significance of family. Through their guidance, I learned the importance of unity, respect, and loyalty within the family unit. Their unconditional love and devotion have had a profound impact on who I am today, and I am forever grateful for the invaluable lessons they imparted during my upbringing.
