Meet Jeannie Paparone

We recently connected with Jeannie Paparone and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Jeannie, appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?

I got my resilience from my mother. She was a single mother, raised 3 kids, and worked 2 jobs to raise her children. Her work ethnic and determination and hustled with no complaints. That is where i get my resilience from.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

I was born and raised in Chicago, and met my ex husband and moved to Vegas to pursue my goal to become a Professional Bodybuilder, which I did achieve in 2002.
Back to my childhood. I was an all state gymnast and suffered with Anorexia. Bodybuilding is what really saved my life!

I have been a Personal Trainer for 30 years and absolutely love it! My goal is to help others achieve what they cant do on their own. Im not only a trainer, but a Life Coach as well. My main concern for my clients is to make sure they have skeletal muscle, which is so. important at any age. Muscle is the way of life!

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

My 3 qualities are Discipline, motivation, and consistency. I believe if you don’t have discipline, you don’t have motivation.;

My advice is take it one day a a time. And its about the journey, and having progress to make you happy. Also, be positive and have gratitude that you live another day on your journey.

Who is your ideal client or what sort of characteristics would make someone an ideal client for you?

My ideal client is someone that is committed and is able to put in the work!. When I meet with someone for the first time for a consultation, I know right away if they are committed and they really want to make changes in their life.
