Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Michael Vincent. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Alright, so we’re so thrilled to have Michael with us today – welcome and maybe we can jump right into it with a question about one of your qualities that we most admire. How did you develop your work ethic? Where do you think you get it from?
My family environment had a big impact on my work ethic, my parents’ experiences in different jobs, and my ability to listen—especially when I was growing up.
Getting hands-on experience in various work settings can teach important lessons about sticking with tasks and teamwork while encouraging a more open attitude.
Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
As a film and series director, I find it incredibly rewarding to take a compelling story or unique concept and translate it into a captivating visual experience.
There’s something magical about crafting scenes, guiding performances, and weaving together elements to create a narrative that resonates with audiences and allows them to escape into another world.
Each project presents an opportunity to explore new ideas and bring them to life in a way that can be both entertaining and thought-provoking.
My filming style is unmistakably influenced by the dynamic approaches of Michael Bay and Tony Scott.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
In my 20s, a mentor shared this powerful advice: Listen deeply to those you meet, embrace flexibility in your personality to create comfort, and most importantly, seek a mentor to guide your journey.
Alright, so before we go we want to ask you to take a moment to reflect and share what you think you would do if you somehow knew you only had a decade of life left?
A key defining characteristic of the film industry is its strong dependence on financing for content creation. We actively seek out passionate individuals eager to get involved.
