Meet Relena Patrick

We recently connected with Relena Patrick and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Relena, appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?

I get my resilience from my past and things I’ve learned and worked for to get me where I am today and god my faith in god helps me not give up in anything I apply myself to

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

My focus is doing the best I can and build my music career to become the greatest I can be and show people they can be and do anything they put their minds to because it was easy for me with the conditions I come from so music is my life and I really wanna inspire others and myself to keep pushing forward I want people to hear my music fall in love with my dances and influence them to become the best them

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

What really impacted me was I was going through a very hard time in my life fighting depression trauma and myself I encourage people to still push forward in whatever they desire in life just like I thought I couldn’t do music but I keep trying and trying and I achieved so much within 2 years

Alright so to wrap up, who deserves credit for helping you overcome challenges or build some of the essential skills you’ve needed?

Honestly the people in my life that have affected me negatively and positively the negativity pushed me to go harder and the positive people pushed me to keep going because of my inspiration to them you need to be headstrong disciplined fearless a go getter you have to really apply everything in you you have to have confidence trust love self awareness
