Meet Roni* & Tamantha Frolicking Chronicles, Llc

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Roni* & Tamantha Frolicking Chronicles, Llc. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Roni* & Tamantha below.

Roni* & Tamantha, so many exciting things to discuss, we can’t wait. Thanks for joining us and we appreciate you sharing your wisdom with our readers. So, maybe we can start by discussing optimism and where your optimism comes from?

Believing in something bigger than yourself. Having faith and determination. As well as, understanding when you’re down, there is only one way to go, which is up!

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

As October babies, our LOVE of the paranormal and macabre began with our mom at young age. Being raised Catholic, we were quickly immersed in the Super Natural and folklore of many cultures. Specifically, New Orleans, Louisiana and Mexico. It is important for us to expose the dark tourism aspects of our travel. Letting our listeners know the “True Stories” and keeping things fact based and FUN!

Our podcast tag line “Paranormal, Travel, and Cocktails w/ a Splash of Pop Culture”.

We are also stewards of Historic Preservation. As well as, producers the Halloween and Horror Market Faire called “Summer Spook Nights” in Southern California that celebrates small businesses and Historic Venues.

Currently, our projects include, recording Reaction Videos of Interview with the Vampire Season 2. In addition to recording Season 5 of our Podcast. While we are developing our Paranormal Travel Agent aspect of our business.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Developing people skills, consistency, and having grace with yourself and others that are involved with your mission. Be open to learn and willing to push yourself. Lord knows all business owners have been tested time and time again. There certainly is no “overnight” success. One has to be willing to put the work in. Your personal efforts show.

If you’re contemplating getting your business started. Just start! Anything you got going on, will help you get to your next level. One of the biggest things we celebrate is being able to do what we do. When you are passionate about what you do, it does not feel like work. We are creating a brand that is our Life Style, things that we already do.

Build your network. It is vital to have a community. Show up in the industry you want to be a part of. Focus on, having authentic relationships. Not all things, need to be transactional.

What would you advise – going all in on your strengths or investing on areas where you aren’t as strong to be more well-rounded?

We definitely feel you should go with your strengths and gravitate to what you already know. It’s easier to build upon your knowledge base and learn strategies as you develop your business. For instance, we enjoy paranormal travel, it is very familiar to us. Our conversations flow easier during a podcast episode because we lean into that. Where we enhance our episode is by revisiting the structure and story boarding. You don’t want to just babble and have no content direction. Whatever your niche is you can develop skills later, your confidence will come from what you know.
