Meet Tee Tee & Bryce Savoy

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Tee Tee & Bryce Savoy. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Tee Tee & Bryce Savoy below.

Tee Tee & Bryce Savoy, thanks so much for taking the time to share your insights and lessons with us today. We’re particularly interested in hearing about how you became such a resilient person. Where do you get your resilience from?
Our resilience comes from our faith in God. Even when things seem as if they are not working in our favor, my mother and I dig deeper into our faith because we have seen the ways God has shown up in our lives and business time and time again. We also draw resilience from our individual lived experiences. No matter what life circumstances we have faced, our perseverance is what has kept us going.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
At Euphorium Oakland, we’re a mother-and-son duo with deep roots in the East Bay. As proud HBCU alums (Howard University) and Oakland natives, we’ve been in the cannabis retail space since 2016, but are now transitioning into something even more exciting — cannabis-infused dining experiences through our brand, Elevated Plates.

What’s most special to us is the ability to build a business together, merging our love for cannabis, food, and community. We’re all about creating spaces where people can connect, enjoy carefully curated meals, and elevate their experience with infused ingredients that complement the flavors.

Aside from the cannabis world, Bryce has enjoyed a 20+ year career as an independent rapper, and the creativity from music has definitely found its way into what we’ve been building for the past 8 years.

Our events bring people together for an unforgettable journey through food and cannabis, and we’re excited to keep building this community-focused approach. Stay tuned for more upcoming dinners and experiences—this is just the beginning!

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
The three most important skills that were most impactful in our journey was adaptability, attention to detail, and superior customer service. Our advice for those early in their journey would be the following:

1.) Be ready to adapt. The market and life will throw you curveballs, but if you stay flexible and remain open to pivoting, you’ll find opportunities in the challenges.

2.) Focus on the details. Whether you’re crafting a product, experience, or service, the small things make the difference between good and great.

3.) Never underestimate the power of customer service. Build relationships, listen to feedback, and genuinely care about the people you serve — this will always set you apart from the competition.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?
Yes! W are always looking to collaborate with like-minded individuals and organizations who align with our vision of merging cannabis, culture, and community. We are particularly looking to partner with:

1.) Local Chefs who are passionate about creating innovative and elevated dining experiences, especially those interested in working with infused ingredients.

2.) Food Bloggers who are eager to explore and share the intersection of cannabis and cuisine with their audiences. If you’re a content creator interested in telling stories through food, we’d love to have you experience our Elevated Plates events firsthand.

3.) Infused Food Enthusiasts who want to be a part of a growing community of cannabis-infused culinary experiences. Whether you’re looking to attend or collaborate on new event concepts, we welcome your creativity.

4.) Cannabis-Friendly Venues that can host private, intimate dining experiences. We are always on the lookout for unique spaces that embrace the cannabis lifestyle while fostering community.

5.) Wine Sponsors who are interested in partnering on exclusive events. We want to bring together the best of both worlds – cannabis and wine – for unforgettable experiences.

6.) Social Influencers who are passionate about cannabis culture, culinary arts, or both. If you’re someone with a strong social media presence and an authentic connection to your audience, we’d love to collaborate and get the word out about our unique events.

If anyone reading this is interested in partnering with us, we’d love to connect! Feel free to reach out through Instagram DM (@tryeuphorium), or send us an email at bryce@tryeuphorium.com, and let’s discuss how we can collaborate to create something truly special!
