Hi Coach D’Lo, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?

I believe I got my work ethics by the great people around me that I have been able to learn, and pull from.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

Hello I am a Personal Trainer here in the Sacramento area. I started business Motivative Fitness 49 LLC. Which is fitness company made to help change people’s lives for better like it did for me. I focused in on my fitness around 6 years ago and I truly feel like hiring a personal trainer pushed me to be a better me and sparked the fire in me to become a trainer myself and help others. I pride myself on being a people person and when I felt great after losing weight, I wanted to bless others with that same feeling. I’m not just your fitness coach, when you hire me I’m a positive person in your corner who is here to help you in any way I can. Coming soon I have a lot more things I want to offer such as a fitness journal and merch. My clothing line I’m looking to start in January is called Never Fat Again(N.F.A) which is more of a mantra to push you to always make sure you working to be great and not backslide. I’m looking forward to seeing you rocking your N.F.A Merch all 2025!

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

The three qualities that I have that really help me is ambition, drive, and faith. I truly believe that my faith is what keeps me going when things aren’t going as well as I would like. My advice to any entrepreneurs or future entrepreneurs, you have to stay focused and keep blinders to the doublers and critics. People will judge what you have going on, so have faith in your ability and keep going!

Alright so to wrap up, who deserves credit for helping you overcome challenges or build some of the essential skills you’ve needed?

I would have to say my beautiful wife Stefanie, she keeps me grounded and motivates me to keep working to get this business to where we want it to be. I think it is essential to have a strong suppprt system rather it’s a large group of just a few, the world will see and hop on board when you stay on it and continue to grow.
