Meet Josh Martin

We were lucky to catch up with Josh Martin recently and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Josh, appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?

I get my resilience from my mother. The things I witnessed her endure and overcome gives me the confidence to know I can do the same.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

Wow!! What do I do? Honestly, I do a lot! I manage social media pages for various brands, edit photos and videos for an online magazine. Im also an editor for a newspaper and a business owner. What makes my titles so exciting is that any day my job can literally change at the drop of a dime. Photographer, Videographer, Talent Manager, Video Editor, Graphic Designer, I do all of that and more.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Hmmm… The best advice I can truly give is to never give up! Determination and resiliency are qualities I think most lack when in the pursuit of their goals. If you stay at it and surround yourself with people who genuinely want you to be successful you will make it!!

How would you spend the next decade if you somehow knew that it was your last?

The fear of the unknown. One of the key pilars of having faith is the belief is believing in what you can’t see. This is struggle for me because it’s sometime hard for me to live in the moment. Enjoy the things that I’ve worked so hard for.
