Aidana, so many exciting things to discuss, we can’t wait. Thanks for joining us and we appreciate you sharing your wisdom with our readers. So, maybe we can start by discussing optimism and where your optimism comes from?

The optimism and motivation comes to me from other people – when I see how they are doing their work. People with a strong discipline, with extraordinary, creative, unique and mind blowing ideas.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

I’m a director and editor of films, music videos and commercials. I enjoy working in each process of developing creative content.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

As a person who works in creative industry, I had to develop some key qualities, like: freedom of thought, inquisitiveness and strong discipline. To create the project, story or write the script you would need the freedom of thought and fantasy, the experience of fluent thinking and imagination. To get the enough information for your creative ideas – you have to be curious about everything in this world and how it works, about things that surround you. And, finally, to get everything done perfectly and in time – you would need a strong discipline and time management.

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?

It’s true that all creative people need collaborations and teamwork. I desire to collaborate at the creative company or community with people with the same energy, dynamic style as I have, especially if it’s in generating creative ideas and post production process. I don’t limit myself only in film productions, I also work in any kind of video productions such as car commercials, music videos.
