Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Adam Williams. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Adam, looking forward to learning from your journey. You’ve got an amazing story and before we dive into that, let’s start with an important building block. Where do you get your work ethic from?

That’s a good question I get my work ethic from my parents watching them as a kid work they asses off to feed me and my Sisters gave me that drive and motivation to do the same for my family

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

Hello my name IS AJAE I’m from Philadelphia & I make music rap music to be specific and right now I am focusing on this new EP I just dropped called “I’m Not Sober” I feel like this EP is a step in a new direction for me and my listeners I am tackling a different sound that most are not used to coming from me and stepping outta my comfort zone

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

3 qualities I would say take your time don’t rush things it won’t come out natural if your rushing what else consistency yea consistency is key you’re not gonna be the best when you first start unless you got talent from the start but that’s rare look at making music like basketball you’re not gonna be the best ball player when you first start but as you keep working on your game practicing your moves you’ll get better it’s the same when it comes to music you gotta perfect your craft you’re gonna have songs that suck and you’re also gonna have songs that’s decent you gotta keep working to have songs that are amazing I haven’t even gotten there yet but I’m pretty close another thing is a solid team when I say team I mean surround yourself with people who can elevate you not pull you down
