Meet William Deluca

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to William Deluca. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

William, thrilled to have you on the platform as I think our readers can really benefit from your insights and experiences. In particular, we’d love to hear about how you think about burnout, avoiding or overcoming burnout, etc.

I think you have to study yourself and know your limits. For me working in ministry can be a hand full so there’s days I set aside time just for myself. It’s healthy and neccessary. Currently my escape has been watching two TV shows, “The Chosen” and “The Resident”. Can’t get enough of it!

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

Im a youth leader to an amazing group of young people. It has given me the platform to minister the gospel of Jesus Christ but also the opportunity to just do life with them. I teach dance as well. I grew up dancing to many genres and expressions of this art. Soon (2025) ill be recording music so I’m excited to embark on this new journey.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Passion, Focus and Discipline are my top 3. They all work together to execute your goals. You have to know what you want and just go for it. You won’t have all the pieces of the puzzle in the beginning but it will come together as you put feet to whatever your vision is.

Awesome, really appreciate you opening up with us today and before we close maybe you can share a book recommendation with us. Has there been a book that’s been impactful in your growth and development?

The Bible has guided me and has never failed. It has all the answers you’re looking for. It activates your Faith. An impactful scripture for me is “Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and all things will be added to you” – Matthew 6:33
