We were lucky to catch up with Nick & Justin Sears & Fife recently and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Nick & Justin, thank you for being such a positive, uplifting person. We’ve noticed that so many of the successful folks we’ve had the good fortune of connecting with have high levels of optimism and so we’d love to hear about your optimism and where you think it comes from.

We get our optimism by surrounding ourselves with those that support and lift us up. When you are able to have fun and enjoy the time you have around those close to you, it makes it easier to stay positive! Concentrating on the good helps make your day better!

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

We do whatever we can to bring disc golf news to the disc golf community via the Disc Golf Show! We love supporting those who are trying to grow their business. No matter how big or small, we are here to do our part, whatever that may be! Please go check out our YouTube channel and socials!

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Persistence, faith, and research are some of the things that have assisted in our growth! Doing something for the love of the project is a huge plus in our journey.
Advice we would give is stick to it and have faith in your process! Concentrate on the positives and ignore the negatives!

How can folks who want to work with you connect?

We are always looking to collaborate with others! Those who enjoy outdoor recreation and athletic events, or anyone trying to build their businesses are the types of folks we would love to work with!
