We were lucky to catch up with Princess Hill recently and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Princess, appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?
When I was a little girl, I knew I was different. I had an imaginary friend who loved me unconditionally, which gave me a safe space to lean on in a world that felt unpredictable. My ‘egg and sperm donor,’ as I call them, weren’t safe, and the adults around me were often just as frightening. I learned early to seek out the kindest adults and glean whatever warmth I could. It was not much but it was just enough.
Unconditional love became something I craved, but with each year, I also found new parts of myself to love. By age 9, I was figuring out places to stay as I was being told to get out, I trusted that a solution would come to me. At 11, I lived in a house full of drug addicts, carrying only a small duffle bag of my belongings. When I was eventually kicked out, I knew that finding a job would be my way to create the life I dreamed of.
As a child, there was always the possibility of returning to that abusive home because I was still a minor. But as an adult, I realized there was no one to save me—it was all on me. Those early experiences taught me to overcome even the harshest odds, and now, as an adult, I’ve reclaimed rights and freedoms that weren’t part of my foundation. My resilience comes from building a new life brick by brick, even though it started on a foundation of scarcity and fear
Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
I am The Miracle Coach—a living reminder that miracles are within reach for all of us, no matter what we’ve been through. My greatest excitement lies in showing people how to transform their lives and manifest their deepest desires, no matter the pain or challenges they’ve endured. I’m passionate about teaching clients how to harness the power of *timeline jumping* and manifesting, guiding them to shift into new realities and unlock their highest potential.
In college, I earned my master’s degree in clinical therapy with a 4.0 GPA, focusing on child and adult development, CBT, trauma-informed care, and neuroscience. One foundational tool I work with is the Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE) score, a measure of early trauma. I personally scored a 10/10, representing significant adversity. This score isn’t a life sentence, but it helps highlight how early traumas can affect our adult choices, responses, and health. For those with a high ACE score, the risks of revictimization and even premature death are real. Yet, through neuroscience, therapeutic practices, and manifesting, I’ve shown both myself and my clients that profound healing, joy, and freedom are possible.
In my work, I guide people to rediscover their authentic voice, helping them express themselves unapologetically and experience the fullness life has to offer. Pain is difficult, but joy can be just as intense and transformative.
I’m thrilled to announce my new coaching program package, monthly Master-Mind sessions, and an array of free worksheets and online courses. My mission is to help those healing from childhood trauma break free from pain, people-pleasing, and self-silencing. Through my work, I’m dedicated to helping people find their true voice, manifest their dreams, and thrive in every area of life.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
The three most important qualities that have significantly impacted my journey are empathy, intuition, and a growth mindset. While these qualities have been immensely beneficial, they’ve also posed challenges along the way.
For those early in their journey, here’s my encouragement:
1. Empathy: Remember that your empathy is for you, not for anyone else. Prioritize your own needs and well-being. Never engage in an internal war to please others; you come first. If you aren’t taking care of yourself, you won’t be able to support others effectively.
2. Intuition: It’s crucial to listen to and trust yourself. Develop a strong bond with your inner voice. Your intuition is a powerful guide; honoring it can lead you to make decisions that align with your true self.
3. Growth Mindset: It’s great to have a thirst for knowledge and a desire to learn, but don’t forget to take time to simply be and enjoy life. The books and lessons will always be there, so take breaks to enjoy activities like a nice walk or swimming. Embrace the joy of living in the moment.
By cultivating these qualities, you’ll not only enhance your journey but also find greater fulfillment and happiness along the way. Have self compassion, it takes practice 🙂
Awesome, really appreciate you opening up with us today and before we close maybe you can share a book recommendation with us. Has there been a book that’s been impactful in your growth and development?
A book that has played a pivotal role in my development is Mind Power by William Atkinson. This book has provided me with profound insights that continue to shape my personal and professional journey. Here are a few of the most valuable nuggets of wisdom I’ve learned:
1- Desire and Will: We all possess the power of desire and will, and we have the choice to follow our own paths or be swayed by others. Understanding this empowers us to take control of our lives and pursue what truly resonates with us.
2- Mirror Work: Engaging in mirror work has significantly improved the way I communicate with others. This practice encourages self-reflection and self-acceptance, fostering healthier relationships and more authentic interactions.
3- Being Magnetic: The idea that energy can only flow where it is focused is transformative. By directing our energy toward our goals and desires, we become magnetic to the opportunities and connections that align with our intentions.
Mind Power has been instrumental in helping me harness these principles to create the life I desire and inspire others to do the same
