Meet Greg Olech

We were lucky to catch up with Greg Olech recently and have shared our conversation below.

Greg, thank you so much for joining us. You are such a positive person and it’s something we really admire and so we wanted to start by asking you where you think your optimism comes from?

My optimism comes from my life experiences. When I concentrate on the positives and creating solutions to my problems life just flows like a river. I have to adjust the boat the best that I can. Life is going to have those rapids and rocks and you don’t know how you will fare but you can always do your best to navigate them. Getting down on yourself only digs a deeper hole. When I remain resilient in solving problems I gain optimism that I can do my best. I use this principle in my personal life and work projects.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

A picture speaks 1000 words and our chance to make a great first impression is pivotal in the success of your brand. My brand Greg Olech Photography aims to take exciting and creative photography to exceed the expectations of our clients.
I enjoy elevating the marketing for clients brands through capturing excellent and creative images of their product, services and spaces. I look forward to bringing my best energy to every shoot and creating lasting relationships with my clients.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

To become a master in your craft takes perseverance, discipline, and confidence. This takes time, trial, error, picking yourself up and most importantly passion. Just do it and if you’re scared then do it scared.

Alright so to wrap up, who deserves credit for helping you overcome challenges or build some of the essential skills you’ve needed?

I learned that investing in yourself is the most important investment you can make. I enrolled myself in the best photography and business workshops and that has made all the difference. Great teachers and mentors are an important stepping stone in creating the business and skills you need.
