Meet Sarah Grant

We were lucky to catch up with Sarah Grant recently and have shared our conversation below.

Sarah, thanks so much for taking the time to share your insights and lessons with us today. We’re particularly interested in hearing about how you became such a resilient person. Where do you get your resilience from?

My strength comes from my commitment to my vision, knowing that I’m the backbone of everything I build. Being a single mother, running businesses, and pursuing my dreams has taught me that there’s no room for excuses—just action. I get my resilience from the mindset that every setback is fuel for my drive and each win is proof of what I’m capable of. When you put in the work before the play, resilience becomes second nature—it’s not just about bouncing back but moving forward stronger than ever.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I create a space where wellness, creativity, and community come together. The café isn’t just about serving food and drinks; it’s a sanctuary for people to connect over health-conscious, plant-based dishes and handcrafted herbal teas that I blend myself. Each item on the menu has intention behind it, designed to nourish both body and soul.

What’s most exciting is the synergy of art and wellness—we showcase local artists, host workshops on everything from painting to plant medicine, and foster a sense of belonging. The café is more than just a business; it’s a movement toward mindful living. I want folks to leave feeling uplifted, inspired, and connected—not only with each other but also with their own potential for wellness and creativity.

Through my brand, I’m building a community rooted in passion, healing, and the celebration of art in everyday life. It’s a place where everyone is welcome to explore, express, and grow.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

No Fear of Abundance: When you believe there’s room for everyone to thrive, you approach life from a place of giving and sharing.
Stay Fluid: Practicing fluidity by learning to pivot and finding comfort in change. It doesn’t mean giving up your goals; it means finding new paths when one road closes. When you stay open, you stay prepared for new opportunities.
Resilience and perseverance go hand in hand. Resilience is about bouncing back; perseverance is about staying in the game, even when it gets tough.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?

I love to find those that want to show up as the professional in their field and create workshops, classes, events, gatherings, etc for the community members to come and learn more about your passion, who you are, and how you can help them. I love my artists and my holistic professionals, those that are selfless and have a nurturing heart.
