Meet Sarah Kaminski

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Sarah Kaminski a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Sarah , so happy to have you on the platform and I think our readers are in for a treat because you’ve got such an interesting story and so much insight and wisdom. So, let’s start with a topic that is relevant to everyone, regardless of industry etc. What do you do for self-care and how has it impacted you?

While never perfect, I do my best to prioritize self care. I always say that these are things that I do for my business, that have nothing to do with running the business;

Drinking a tall glass of water first thing in the morning, attending weekly barre and yoga classes, getting outside every day, aiming for 10k+ steps daily, reading and listening to personal development.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I am the founder of Best Ever Granola. We specialize in small batch, gluten free + vegan granola. About 15 years ago, I started to educate myself about where our food comes from. What I learned was eye opening and began to completely transform the way that I shop, the way I cook, and the way that our family eats. The more I read, the more I learned, and the more eager I was to share the knowledge that was so positively impacting my life, energy and health.

I studied and earned my Holistic Health and Lifestyle certification, and began coaching and supporting others on their health journey. During that time, I began developing a library of plant centered recipes and meal plans to support my client base as well. Original Best Ever Granola was one of those recipes.

The pandemic was the nudge to pivot from my service based health coaching business, to offering a packaged food product. When it came to sourcing ingredients for Best Ever Granola, we didn’t take any shortcuts. We utilize the power of whole food ingredients, to maximize energy, digestion, satiety and health!

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Stay in motion, continue a path of personal growth, and remember that the biggest breakthroughs often come after the biggest breakdowns.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?

We are always looking to collaborate with likeminded brands and people! We value transparency and authenticity in every facet. If that’s you, let’s connect!
