Meet Sarah Centrella

We were lucky to catch up with Sarah Centrella recently and have shared our conversation below.

Sarah, so great to have you with us and we want to jump right into a really important question. In recent years, it’s become so clear that we’re living through a time where so many folks are lacking self-confidence and self-esteem. So, we’d love to hear about your journey and how you developed your self-confidence and self-esteem.

Through being intentional about how I talk to myself. I started paying attention to my thoughts and realized that negative thoughts, ones full of doubt, fear and negative self talk were sabotaging my success. That helped me see that if I could change how I talked to myself I could build self-belief instead of feeding self-doubt. Lining up my thoughts with the outcomes I was working towards got me results so much faster. I began using affirmations and mottos like, “I am successful. I am powerful. I am capable. I am smart enough. I am beautiful.” At first they felt silly, but with consistency I began to believe them, and once you believe anything its only a matter of time before you become it!

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Looking back, the three qualities that had the biggest impact on my journey were resilience, self-belief, and the ability to visualize my future.

**Resilience** has been a cornerstone—it’s my utter unwillingness to give up on myself or my dreams, no matter how hard things got. The second is my **belief in myself** and my ability to achieve my goals. That didn’t come naturally; it grew over time as I learned to control the negative voice in my head. By replacing doubt with belief and backing that belief with consistent action toward my dreams, I built a foundation of confidence. Finally, my ability to **clearly visualize my future** and emotionally connect with it has been a game-changer. Seeing and feeling what I want my future to look like motivates me to keep working until it manifests.

For anyone early in their journey, these are all skills you can build. Start by silencing the negative voice in your head—it’s the loudest roadblock to your growth. When you notice self-doubt creeping in, intentionally shift your focus to possibility and optimism. Building self-belief takes daily practice, but every small win along the way strengthens it. As for visualization, give yourself permission to daydream about the best-case scenario for your future. It doesn’t need to be perfect, but the more you practice imagining what’s possible, the more real it will feel—and that emotional connection will drive you forward.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?

I’m always looking to collaborate with people who are creating products or services driven by passion and a desire to make a meaningful impact. I’m especially inspired by entrepreneurs and leaders who are focused on serving others and fostering growth in innovative ways. Collaboration not only allows us to share our expertise but also creates an opportunity for mutual learning, growth, and evolution—which I value deeply.

If this resonates with you and you’re interested in partnering or collaborating, I’d love to hear from you! You can reach me at **[email protected]**. Let’s connect and explore how we can work together to create something impactful.
