Hi Karon , appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?
My resilience comes from growing up without a mother and father. Both of my parents were on drugs. Since I was the age of seven until I was 24 years old I grew up in the projects I lived with my grandmother. She is the one who taught me how to do leave and myself be resilient, she always told me that as a man that I will have to pull up my bootstraps and get to Steppin from being molested as a kid being bullied look down on not always having someone to look out for me so I had to look out for myself, so my resilience comes from hard work and determination and just to be a better person and to get out of my current situation

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Education Knowing your personnel
Understanding your business these are the most important things I’ll fill one needs to make sure they understand when running or trying to create a business. There are so many aspects about your company that you may not know so it is important for your family, friends, business partners to continuously ask you questions about your business what do you do? How does it run etc. etc. these are instrumental mechanism in parts that is required in order to move forward with your business, there is a ton of learning you never stop learning ever.
One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
A partnership or mentorship would be extremely good thing, because ideals and growth comes with brainstorming, and having other people have a different perspective than your home makes work much easier, and I want to work with like-minded individuals who can challenge me to look feel and dig a little bit deeper I want to work with people who are my weaknesses so I can become stronger Here are a couple of ways you can connect with me
