Meet Tiffany Sommers

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Tiffany Sommers. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Tiffany below.

Hi Tiffany , thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?

I inherited my strong work ethic from my parents. My dad, who never missed a day of work, received numerous awards for his dedication and reliability. However, the foundation of my work ethic comes from having to earn everything I have. Growing up, we didn’t receive allowances or cars when we turned 16. Instead, we were expected to pay our own bills and car insurance.

After each paycheck, there wasn’t much left once the bills were paid, but that experience taught me to be resourceful, financially savvy, and thoughtful about my spending decisions. Every purchase was carefully considered to ensure it was truly necessary. These lessons have profoundly shaped my personal life and now guide how my husband and I make financial decisions together, always weighing our options thoughtfully.

Most importantly, this mindset has helped me professionally. It allows me to get creative and go above and beyond for my clients while staying on track and within their budgets. This approach ensures I deliver exceptional value without compromising financial goals.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

As a professional organizer, I am passionate about creating spaces that are not only functional but also beautifully tailored to my clients’ needs. My love for order and organization has always been a part of who I am, but it wasn’t until I started my business that I realized I could transform this passion into something truly meaningful for others.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is the opportunity to connect with incredible individuals and families. Their homes tell unique stories, and as my team and I collaborate with them, we are invited into their worlds. Through this process, we learn about their families, hobbies, and cherished experiences, which allows us to craft personalized spaces that reflect their lives and values.

It’s a privilege to be entrusted with these moments and to create environments that bring harmony, functionality, and joy to their homes.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Listening: Truly listening means hearing others with intention and remembering the details that matter to them. It’s about being present in the moment—not just listening to respond, but listening to understand. This kind of attentiveness fosters trust and meaningful connections.

Kindness: Treating others with kindness and respect is essential. Offering grace and understanding demonstrates not only compassion but also a deep respect for others’ personal choices and circumstances. It’s through kindness that genuine relationships are built.

Helping Others: Supporting one another—whether by sharing referrals, offering encouragement, or collaborating—creates meaningful and mutually beneficial partnerships. As my Pama wisely said, “One hand washes the other.” By lifting others up as they grow their businesses, you also build a strong foundation for your own success. These connections become some of the most impactful and rewarding aspects of professional and personal relationships.

Alright so to wrap up, who deserves credit for helping you overcome challenges or build some of the essential skills you’ve needed?

A huge thank you and all my love to my husband, Morgan. Becoming a business owner was a completely new journey for me, one filled with challenges and unknowns. As I continue to grow and learn, I often rely on Morgan’s guidance to help me navigate this unfamiliar territory. His 20+ years of management experience have been an invaluable resource—a true lifesaver.

When I started, I didn’t know how to be a boss; I only knew my passion for organizing. Morgan has not only helped me develop the skills to lead a team but also supported me as I’ve grown into the role of a business owner. His support fills me with gratitude and gives me the confidence to push forward, knowing that with hard work and persistence, I can achieve more every day.

This journey hasn’t been easy—it’s included countless sleepless nights, sacrifices, and moments of doubt. There’s been blood, sweat, and tears as I’ve worked to build something meaningful, always hoping the decisions I make are the right ones. But through it all, Morgan has been my rock. His smile, laughter, and words of encouragement make even the toughest days feel manageable.

I am deeply grateful to love what I do and to share that passion with others. None of this would be possible without Morgan’s unwavering support, and for that, I am endlessly thankful.
