Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Sara Nunez. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hi Sara, we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?

I developed my confidence and self-esteem by embracing the strengths, knowledge, and resilience that my name represents. My mom and mentor played a pivotal role in awakening the power within me, guiding me to explore and discover my true self. My mom saw my natural intelligence in me and pushed me to focus on learning in school and becoming a professional woman. My mentor taught me to dream and visualize who I wanted to be when I grew up and I did. I believe in my dreams and I made them true by being determined, doing what is right, or developing integrity to the max while loving everything I do or every moment I live, I call that “passion”, which is one of the best superpowers I have. Love makes the imposible posible.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

Growing up, I witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by underserved communities—challenges that often hold people back from reaching their full potential. On the other hand, I admire my mom’s resiliency and ability to overcome anything in her way when she wants something. I was 9 when I met an angel who pushed me to succeed by giving me a job and paying for my education. He was my professional dad. I also called him “my mentor”. At 40, he challenged me to take as many people under my wings and continue making meaningful impacts. With a heart driven by p;purpose and vision for change, I founded Dream to Succeed Foundation. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to upskill individuals in underserved communities, empowering them with a self-discovering of their strengths and providing them with knowledge, resources and tools to unlock new opportunities and succeed in life. Dream to succeed Foundation currently has over 4000 members around the world. Over 1000 professional students have received mentoring and scholarships learning emerging technology to drive innovation and become enterprenours, building jobs in their own countries and impacting the global economy by eliminating poverty one person at a time. If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

I have reached professional success and helped others achieve theirs, I can highlight some of my qualities,
skills and areas of knowledge that were most impactful in my journey.

Empathy. Connecting with the struggles and aspirations of others, using my experience to guide and uplift them.
Resilience – I have faced challenges along my journey but never allowed them to define who I am. Instead, I used them as stepping stones to grow and push forward.

Vision. I have a clear sense of purpose, always looking beyond my success to see how I can create opportunities and lasting change for others.

Authenticity. I lead with integrity and stay true to my values, inspiring others to do the same.

As far as skills, and areas of knowledge, I would like to start with Leadership and professional coaching. My ability to inspire, motivate, and empower those around me has not only propelled my success but has also cultivated a sense of community and collaboration.

Because of the limitation of resources and the desire to end poverty in my life, I picked. business as the money machine career that changed my life by providing me with the best formula to make money and successfully reach a social status that enables me to help others. Continued learning is a gift. I become an expert on project portfolio management, strategy planning, business, and AI/digital transformation opening doors, and sharing knowledge with a global professional community.
