Meet Francisca Framacho Silva

We recently connected with Francisca Framacho Silva and have shared our conversation below.

Francisca FRAMACHO , we’re thrilled to have you sharing your thoughts and lessons with our community. So, for folks who are at a stage in their life or career where they are trying to be more resilient, can you share where you get your resilience from?

Hi! I don’t know that I am resilient. I just keep going but definitely take breaks when needed and sometimes it takes a while to recover from what life throws at you. Keep going tho for the hope that a happy life is possible, for everybody.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

Doing some type of brutally honest art, painting and tattoos. One of a kind for real.
Working on putting out more paintings and do more traveling tattooing.
There has been a moment in life when all was smooth shows will happen and the books where nice and full but that’s been a while since that has been the truth. The secret is that I love what I do so I’d never quit for any reason.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Be a troubleshooter so you can make it work no matter what. Focus and find all the possible side gigs…Is this maybe part of being resilient? 🙂 the biggest lesson about work and hustle I sure learned working jobs that had nothing to do with my creative careeer. Best experience ever. Do not take yourself too serious is also a good thing. Nobody is that cool 😉 meet people and talk about all kind of things and do not forget to keep learning. Without inputs and knowledge and curiosity you get stuck.

If you knew you only had a decade of life left, how would you spend that decade?

Oh damn. Maybe find a regular job?! Jokes aside:
Keep doing art for sure. And save every cent to give my wife a beautiful life and be able to spend as much time as possible with my family over seas.
