We were lucky to catch up with Fernanda Valencia recently and have shared our conversation below.
Fernanda, looking forward to learning from your journey. You’ve got an amazing story and before we dive into that, let’s start with an important building block. Where do you get your work ethic from?
My work ethic comes from a very personal and spiritual place: understanding that accompanying someone in discovering their truth is one of the greatest privileges I can have. It is not something I take lightly, because I know how sacred that space is. Each session I facilitate is an act of co-creation, where the other person and I build together a safe, loving, and respectful space for them to explore and reconnect with themselves.
Humility is one of the pillars that supports everything I do. For me, working from humility means recognizing that I am not there to provide answers, but to be a clear mirror, without judgment, without interference, and with total respect for each person’s unique creativity and process. My role is not to correct, but to hold the space and give them spiritually channeled questions for the client to see themselves with total honesty and love. Each truth I help reflect is unique, and my responsibility is to communicate it with the greatest integrity and care possible.
Being a channeler using conscious writing is not just a job for me; it is a service project that I take on with complete dedication. Each session is an opportunity to connect with someone’s essence and help them do the same. It is an act of deep love and respect, both for the person and for the process they are going through. And that requires total presence, focus, and the commitment to respect the other, without rushing or forcing anything.
In my experience, you cannot work with someone’s truth if you are not completely centered. That is why humility also reminds me that my job is not to judge or decide what is good or bad for someone else. It is simply to be there, with all my love, to accompany them in recognizing their truth as it is. It is a job that requires precision, and it gives me so much in return: seeing someone recognize their truth, integrate it, and transform from there is the most beautiful and rewarding part of every session.
Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
I’m Fernanda Valencia, and I am a spiritual channel and conscious writing facilitator. My work is rooted in guiding individuals to reconnect with their inner truth through conscious writing, a practice that goes beyond typical journaling. It’s a way to open a channel of communication with one’s higher self and all inner versions, allowing individuals to receive guidance, release limiting beliefs, and make decisions aligned with their true essence.
What excites me most about this work is that it’s not just about giving answers – it’s about empowering people to discover their own answers within. I hold a sacred space where individuals can explore their emotions, beliefs, and desires in a non-judgmental environment, fostering deep self-awareness and personal growth. The real magic happens when they realize that the answers they’ve been seeking externally have always been inside them.
The uniqueness of my practice lies in the combination of intuition, channeling, and conscious writing. The questions I facilitate are spiritually channeled, allowing the client to explore their process in a profound way. This method enables people to reconnect with themselves in a meaningful and transformative manner.
Currently, I am focusing on my one-on-one personalized sessions. My most exclusive service is a 5-week program, which is designed to guide individuals through the process of spiritual awakening, self-discovery, and transformation. This is a deeper journey where we work closely to identify the core shifts they are seeking in their lives and provide them with the tools they need to take empowered action. It’s a beautiful space where people can make lasting changes in their relationship with themselves and the world around them.
The most exciting part is watching my community grow and witnessing the positive transformations that occur when people embrace their truth. The work I do is not just professional; it is a deep calling and a service to humanity, and I am honored to be a part of others’ awakening journeys.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Looking back, three qualities have been most impactful in my journey: self-awareness, intuition, and empathy.
Self-awareness: My conscious writing practice is central to my self-awareness. It’s a sacred channel through which I connect with my higher self, release limiting beliefs, and make decisions aligned with my truth. This practice helps me stay grounded and centered, as I begin each day by connecting with myself before I receive others’ truths. It has been transformative in helping me understand my beliefs and aspirations, and reminding me that the power to shape my life is in my hands.
Intuition: Since childhood, I’ve had a deep, unexplainable certainty guiding me. I visualized my life path early on, knowing my future would be unconventional. I also experience premonitions, which help me prepare for events. I’ve learned that the path ahead is already mapped out for us, and trusting in our intuition is key to navigating life authentically. When people say they don’t know what to do, I believe they already do — they just need to trust their inner guidance.
Empathy: Growing up in a critical environment, I was constantly pushed to achieve perfection, but never felt it was enough. This led me to either repeat the pattern or consciously choose empathy. My transformative experience came when I joined Alateen, a self-help group for those affected by alcoholism. There, I learned the power of empathy — receiving and offering it to others who shared similar struggles. This experience shaped my deep understanding of how empathy heals and connects us, and I now apply it to both myself and others in my work.
For those starting their journey, my advice is to practice listening deeply and cultivate compassion for yourself and others. These qualities will enhance your ability to connect and grow.
All the wisdom you’ve shared today is sincerely appreciated. Before we go, can you tell us about the main challenge you are currently facing?
The number one obstacle I’m currently facing is a deeply ingrained fear of judgment, especially as I continue to work in the spiritual realm. Many people question the authenticity of what I do, as society often dismisses the mystical as something imaginary or unreal.
Since childhood, I’ve had mystical and even paranormal experiences that I shared with my family and friends, but the response was always the same: “It’s just your imagination, it’s not real.” Nobody understood that these were legitimate manifestations of something greater.
This fear of judgment is something I still live with today. I can’t say I no longer feel it, but over time, it has lost its power in shaping my decisions and the way I run my business. Today, I focus on what truly matters to me and stay true to my mission.
I deeply respect those who don’t believe in what I do. My purpose isn’t to make others believe — that is their personal choice. My job is to share my truth, knowing that I’ve been honest in the service I offer. Hundreds of people, regardless of their beliefs, have experienced the authenticity and effectiveness of my work. When someone finds the truth they’ve been searching for years on their own or with conventional methods, during only one session with me, it reminds me that I am just a channel, a mirror of their own being, and that it is their openness that allows them to receive those answers.
