Meet Sadler Priest

We were lucky to catch up with Sadler Priest recently and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Sadler, so happy to have you with us today and there is so much we want to ask you about. So many of us go through similar pain points throughout our journeys and so hearing about how others developed certain skills or qualities that we are struggling with can be helpful. Along those lines, we’d love to hear from you about how you developed your ability to take risk?

“I developed my ability to take risks by cultivating an unwavering belief in myself. I’ve learned that I can work my way out of any challenge because I trust my own determination and resilience. Depending on myself means I know I won’t let myself down. I’m always striving for more—not just for me, but for the people around me. Taking risks feels worth it because I understand that the greater the risk, the greater the reward. And honestly, what’s the worst that can happen? If I fail, I get the chance to learn and try again. But when it all clicks, the payoff will be huge—and that’s what drives me forward.”

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

“I thrive on helping people, no matter how big or small the task, especially when I can be the one who steps in during challenging moments. I strive to be a champion for others, protecting and uplifting those who may need support. In real estate, I’m passionate about influencing agents to view their career as a true business—not just a job at a brokerage. Too often, agents get stuck in a transactional mindset, where if they take their foot off the gas, everything comes to a halt. My mission is to help them see the bigger picture and focus on building long-term, generational wealth. That’s what drives me—empowering others to achieve lasting success.”

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Looking back, three qualities that have been most impactful in my journey are:

The ability to “swallow the frog” and just take action. Whether it’s tackling the tough tasks or stepping out of my comfort zone, I’ve learned that hesitation only holds you back. My advice? Don’t overthink it—just do it. The worst-case scenario is rarely as bad as we imagine, and every step forward builds confidence.

Overcoming stage fright and putting yourself out there. Social media and self-promotion can feel intimidating, but they’re essential tools for growth. Start small, stay authentic, and focus on progress over perfection. Your voice matters, and the more you share, the more comfortable you’ll become.

Motivating others to think outside the box and aim higher. I believe in challenging the status quo—not settling for what’s expected but striving for personal excellence. For those starting out, surround yourself with people who inspire you and constantly push yourself to redefine your limits. Growth happens when you step beyond what’s comfortable.

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?

We’re seeking agents who are actively seeking us—those who desire more than just a paycheck. We’re looking for Realtors who prioritize freedom over money, who aspire to create a meaningful legacy for themselves and their families. Our ideal partners are agents who crave a retirement strategy, a national platform, and the ability to break free from the limitations of local market franchises. In a word, we’re looking for those who want more—more opportunities, more growth, and more impact in their careers and lives.
