Meet Rhonda Greene

We were lucky to catch up with Rhonda Greene recently and have shared our conversation below.

Rhonda, we’re thrilled to have you sharing your thoughts and lessons with our community. So, for folks who are at a stage in their life or career where they are trying to be more resilient, can you share where you get your resilience from?

My resilience comes from a mix of survival instincts, personal growth, and the love and support I’ve received. At first, it was just about getting through each day, but over time, I realized I had the strength to rebuild and even thrive. I leaned on tools like mindfulness, therapy, and journaling to process my feelings. Faith, hope, and a sense of purpose kept me grounded, reminding me why I wanted to move forward

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

Driven by curiosity and a passion for capturing the world through a lens, I am a self-taught photographer who has honed my craft through exploration, experimentation, and countless hours behind the camera. Without formal training, I immersed myself in the art of photography by studying online resources, learning from industry pioneers, and refining my skills through real-world practice.

My work is inspired by simple curiosity from and a desire to capture life’s fleeting moments. I strive to tell compelling stories through composition, light, and color. With a distinctive style shaped by personal experience and creative freedom, I aim to create images that evoke emotion and spark connection.

When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll find me visiting museums and art galleries, traveling, and embracing other cultures, languages, and music. Always searching for fresh perspectives and inspiration, I bring these experiences into my work to create visuals that transcend boundaries.

What’s new with me? Expanding my vision by bringing my unique visual storytelling style to the world of motion pictures.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Pursuing your passion requires a blend of qualities, skills, and knowledge that drive both growth and fulfillment. The three essential areas for my journey are:

1. Resilience. Challenges and setbacks are inevitable when following your passion. Resilience helps you stay committed despite obstacles. Embrace failure as a learning opportunity, maintain a growth mindset, and surround yourself with a support system.

2. Adaptability. Pursuing a passion often involves change—new trends, tools, or directions. Being adaptable ensures you can evolve and stay relevant. Stay curious, learn continuously, and be open to trying different approaches or shifting your focus when necessary.

3.Mastery of Fundamentals. Deep knowledge and skill in your chosen field lay the foundation for success and creativity. Dedicate time to mastering the basics through practice, self-education, or mentorship. Whether it’s technical skills or foundational knowledge, proficiency enables innovation.

As we end our chat, is there a book you can leave people with that’s been meaningful to you and your development?

Zero Limits, by Dr. Joe Vitale emphasizes that by taking responsibility, embracing forgiveness, and continuously clearing your thoughts you can overcome limitations and achieve profound personal transformation.

You create your reality.” Everything you experience is a projection of your thoughts, memories, and beliefs.
