We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Giancarlo Castellan a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Giancarlo, we’re thrilled to have you sharing your thoughts and lessons with our community. So, for folks who are at a stage in their life or career where they are trying to be more resilient, can you share where you get your resilience from?
I got my resilience from my nature. No one has ever given me anything, what I achieved so far , I have done it with my willpower.
Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
Magnagati in America is a page born for each one is interested to follow the adventures of a family that obtained the lucky of winning the Green Card Lottery.
Our objectives is live as long as we can in the United States.
Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
“stay hungry, stay foolish”. You never have to give up in front of difficulties , continue to stay strong even if the roads seem full of obstacles.
All the wisdom you’ve shared today is sincerely appreciated. Before we go, can you tell us about the main challenge you are currently facing?
The number one obstacle is living in a foreign country with a different language. You have to learn, fight, improve each day and you will see that you can overcome the challenge and win the final battle, live as a common people in a foreign country.
