Meet Terrie Huberman

We recently connected with Terrie Huberman and have shared our conversation below.

Terrie , looking forward to learning from your journey. You’ve got an amazing story and before we dive into that, let’s start with an important building block. Where do you get your work ethic from?
This is a great question with a covert answer.

My work ethic comes from the energies of anxiety and overwhelm.

So often they are seen/felt as negative, however if they are redirected and used properly they can be considered a superpower!

I use anxiety and overwhelm to my benefit for work purposes which often results in punctuality, high quality of whatever output I provide, as well as great customer care.

Because of this superpower, I am reliable, dependent, and highly functioning with organization, and my behavior is consistent – that makes me trustworthy.

What many don’t realize is that we can control when and how to use energy that may seem negative, in a positive way.

So I credit anxiety and overwhelm energies with my high work ethic and entrepreneurial perseverance.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
The most exciting thing about what I do doesn’t show up right away…it takes some time.

Because I teach and guide people into their own transformations and empowerment, it means they learn that have the control and power over their healing journey, which takes some time to settle into… I just hold the lantern for them as they discover and walk their path.

While on the path, there are breakdowns, detours, and emotional traffic stops that need to be integrated into my clients’ experience. This could take time for them to experience the benefits of all of the deliberate and intentional knowledge, experience, and wisdom gained from our work together.

When I hear back weeks, months, or years later from my clients, about their successes and life transformations is when it gets the most exciting for me – when I know with every fiber of my being, that my motivated clients powerfully chose their way to the life they want based on our collaboration together.

I offer many different ways for people to work with me because I understand that everyone has their own timelines and circumstances. Not everyone is ready for deep transformational work, in the now moment.

So I offer one off sessions, I offer online courses, I offer workshops, I offer meditations you can purchase and download, I offer a 12 week transformational program, and coming on deck shortly will be a membership subscriptions type of Spiritual community with LIVE hot seat coaching and energy healings, too!

I also have resources like a YouTube channel, a podcast called The Portal with Terrie Huberman, I go live on Instagram, and often am asked to speak at various summits, or be featured on podcasts.

If you want to connect with me it’s very easy. You can get on my newsletter that goes out that has a lot of updated information on how to connect with me, I make it super easy for you.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
My primary points of view, though Spiritual in nature, are very practical in the everyday, pragmatic world.

Because I have tendencies towards anxiety energy and overwhelm, I have to be very conscious of their activations of distorting the truth. So when I’m feeling emotional about someone or something, I have to remind myself of what’s actually happening instead of the story I could be creating in my head about the person or thing or situation. That brings me back into reality because fears and feelings are not facts.

Second, I reach out to my friends, family, or therapists/coaches to help me clear up confusions and get support. Sometimes my clients also unknowingly help me out as well. So I engage and connect with others to help me once again get a hold of reality, not my perception of it. This also allows me to persevere and continue to go forward.

Lastly, I do my best to find things or people or situations to appreciate. Sometimes I find it’s too hard to be grateful and that it’s easier to find the appreciation instead. Gratitude and appreciation are very similar in vibration, and appreciation for me, gives me a broader perspective to choose from and allows me to not be so narrow minded.

These help me be consistent in actions toward my goals.

These are just some of what I teach and make it applicable and practical for each individual client.

My advice would be to always look at reality, and make sure you are emotionally neutral, and then make your choices and decisions from there. When you can neutralize your emotions, you can access your intuition.

Alright so to wrap up, who deserves credit for helping you overcome challenges or build some of the essential skills you’ve needed?
Back in 2020 I was introduced to Master Co on YouTube during the pandemic and he still, to this day, does meditation and spiritual lectures at least 3 times a week.

From there, I started to take Pranic Healing courses and then moved on to study Arhatic Yoga, which is about uniting the higher soul and the human.

Around the same time I had attended two Dr. Joe Dispenza Advanced Courses and had mind-blowing multi-dimensional energetic experiences.

And what began happening was that I was getting scientific exposure to energy practices and Spiritual teachings, and they complimented each other so perfectly.

So I guess for me it was all in the timing of coming across both teachers and fields.

And both the teachings from Dr. Joe Dispenza and GrandMaster Choa Kuk Sui have kept me sane as the world has become more chaotic.

As someone who is so sensitive and over-thinky, life was getting hard to ‘connect’ to intuitively, and I needed to expand my consciousness and awareness of reality while using it to navigate the ever growing chaos outside of me.

I credit, at this part of my life, Dr. Joe and GreandMaster Choa Kuk Sui in being most helpful in overcoming challenges and with building/developing the essential skills, qualities, and knowledge I need to continue growing in my success.
