Self discipline is truly a core value of mine. I played a lot of sports growing up and was a super competitive child at heart so from a young age I understood that discipline could make me better or give me a better chance at winning. As I grew into a young adult I chose to go a more unconventional route as my peers and for me it required a lot of delusion and intrinsic motivation to eventually pursuit the route of entrepreneurship. My self-discipline comes from a mix of personal values and early experiences. Growing up, I learned the importance of dedication and follow-through from both of my parents and now my husband. They taught me that if I wanted something, I had to take the initiative to go after it. This lesson took time to fully appreciate, but when I began studying architecture, I knew that being a diligent student and a hard worker would be key to building a successful future. Read more>>

My self-discipline is rooted in my love for health, fitness, and helping others. Growing up in Colorado, I was surrounded by the beauty of nature, which inspired me to stay active and adventurous.
