Zaysha, so many exciting things to discuss, we can’t wait. Thanks for joining us and we appreciate you sharing your wisdom with our readers. So, maybe we can start by discussing optimism and where your optimism comes from?

I have learned to see the good in all the struggles in life, without the struggle you can’t appreciate the good you got out of that time in life. Struggles build character, helping me to understand everyone deals with struggles not just when it comes to money, struggles can be anything in life. learning to overcome the struggles made me the person I am today and who I will be in the future. I always look at life as another opportunity to do better and be better. When you think positive you get positivity back. I put all my faith in God even when I can’t see the obstacles I overcame through me staying optimistic and learning to keep going no matter what is thrown my way.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

I am a Licensed esthetician & I make holistic skincare products guaranteed to heal and reveal healthy skin. I recently relaunched Kreative Kosmetiks LLC. Kreative Kosmetiks LLC was founded in 2019, I took a break to start esthetician school to earn more knowledge on skincare and routines to maintain healthy skin. 2025 will be the official relaunch. We are so excited as we have been shipping all over the world before we have officially launched including states like Oklahoma, South Carolina & GA so far. We plan to expand and grow as time goes on. All of our products are handmade and made with nothing but unconditionally love and cleanliness.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

I have learned so much about being an entrepreneur, long nights and early mornings to be successful when you are doing what you love can be a handful making you want to quit, then I always remember my why? This is my passion and this is what makes me happy, Don’t give up no matter what obstacles you face. My mother always told me it gets greater later and she was absolutely right. My advice is to never give up no matter what because that day you decide to give up could be the day you win.

Alright so to wrap up, who deserves credit for helping you overcome challenges or build some of the essential skills you’ve needed?

When I am feeling like I can’t overcome a challenge my first thought is to pray and read my bible asking God for guidance to keep me going. God will never fail me.
