Meet Christina Lapina

We were lucky to catch up with Christina Lapina recently and have shared our conversation below.

Christina, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?

I love helping people. I like to watch their results and understand that I am involved in it. That’s why I work with brands as a UGC Creator / Influencer. I help them promote their products and services, create content, analyze their weaknesses. I also wrote a course about UGC and now I help women in migration, on maternity and just those who want to develop in this life..

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

My name is Christina. I am 34 years old. When I found out I was pregnant, I definitely decided for myself that I wanted to devote all my time to my baby. I just couldn’t afford to disappear all day in the office. That’s why I decided to do UGC. Work with brands from home and teach this profession to others. Very often, my baby helps me during filming, this allows me to work and spend time with my baby.
I am very proud of my results. I work with major brands around the world, create UGC content for them and help them promote their products. I am an official ambassador of Viktoria’s Secret and Pink.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

I always use these slogans.

1. I have to try and then I will understand whether it will work or not.

2. Don’t demand quick results from yourself.

3. I also often ask myself – have you done everything for this? If the answer is «yes» – then I am calm that I have done everything possible and I simply understand that something may not work out. If the answer is “no” I continue working.
