Hi Ajanee, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?

Every since I was a child, my parents always installed me the importance of hard work . I grew up very privileged, but at the same time I’ve always known from a very young age that I didn’t want to want for anything or for my children to want for anything. So every since I was 16 years old, I have had 2-3 jobs at a time . I have been in a restaurant for 25 years and in the cleaning industry for 13.

My name is Ajanee and for the last 4 years I have owned lady boss and a mop

Which is a residential gwinnett county ,ga based cleaning service

I am a single girl mom and sober Christian recovered alcoholic

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Reliable
Trustworthy
Experienced

Stick with it . No matter what.

Is there a particular challenge you are currently facing?
