Meet Jackie Espada

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Jackie Espada a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Jackie, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?

I’ve always known I wanted to help people—so much so that my senior-year “What do you want to be when you grow up?” statement boldly declared it. But back then, I had no idea how I’d make it happen. I thought the path would be becoming a Sports and Entertainment Attorney (sounds fancy, right?). But after 11 law school rejections—yes, eleven—I realized it was time to pivot.

Cue my detour through random jobs: substitute teaching at an elementary school, working as a legal assistant, and even curating skincare. While they paid the bills, nothing sparked joy—especially when I found myself working for toxic boss after toxic boss.

Then, in 2018, I decided to give blogging a try. What started as an experiment quickly turned into a passion. I fell in love with the community and the creativity of content creation. Suddenly, my stories weren’t just mine—they were resonating with people. My tips weren’t just ideas; they were helpful. That’s when it clicked: my purpose wasn’t just to help people—it was to make an impact in the online space.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I’m an Offer Creation Strategist, and my mission is to help overwhelmed entrepreneurs go from “What even is my business?” to “Look at me thriving with offers that people actually want!” I specialize in breaking down the daunting process of creating and launching offers into simple, actionable steps. My approach combines strategy, creativity, and a dash of sass to make the experience not only effective but also fun.

What excites me most about what I do is watching my clients light up when they finally gain clarity on their offers. There’s something so powerful about helping someone turn their ideas into a real, tangible product or service that solves problems and attracts clients. Seeing them go from feeling stuck to feeling confident and capable is the best part of my work.

Right now, I’m gearing up for the launch of a 5-Day Lead Magnet Creation Challenge that will teach participants how to create quiz-based lead magnets using Google Forms. It’s designed to be a low-cost, high-impact challenge that simplifies the process and helps entrepreneurs attract the right audience while building their email lists.

I’m also expanding my membership, the Magnetic Offer Vault, which is a treasure trove of resources, templates, and live coaching to help members consistently refine and launch irresistible offers. It’s all about providing support and guidance to ensure they never feel stuck again.

At the heart of everything I do is a commitment to empowering entrepreneurs to not just dream big but act on those dreams with confidence.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Looking back, a few things really made a difference in my journey: resilience, creativity, and an “I’m not too proud to Google this” attitude (aka a willingness to learn).

Resilience? That’s just a fancy word for “stuff didn’t go as planned, but I didn’t let it stop me.” From law school rejections to working under less-than-ideal bosses, I kept my eyes on the bigger picture. My advice? When things get messy (and they will), take a deep breath, grab your favorite snack, and remember: every roadblock is just a plot twist in your success story.

Creativity was another game-changer. Whether I was brainstorming blog content, crafting offers, or finding new ways to connect with people, my ability to think outside the box kept things exciting. For anyone early in the game, here’s the secret: creativity doesn’t require genius-level ideas. It just needs you to try stuff. Doodle, write, brainstorm ridiculous ideas—whatever gets the wheels turning.

And then there’s the willingness to learn. Spoiler alert: nobody knows everything when they start. I certainly didn’t. But being curious and open to learning? That’s how I leveled up. Pro tip: binge-watch tutorials, dive into courses, or find a mentor who doesn’t sugarcoat things. The more you learn, the more you realize how many exciting opportunities are out there.

For anyone just starting their journey, here’s my pep talk: It’s okay if you don’t have it all figured out yet. Focus on the next right step, celebrate the tiny wins, and don’t be afraid to pivot when needed. Oh, and remember—it’s supposed to be a little messy. That’s how all the best stories are written.

How would you describe your ideal client?

My ideal client is someone who’s ambitious, creative, and ready to roll up their sleeves—but they’re feeling a little (or a lot) overwhelmed by all the moving parts of building a business. They’re the kind of person who has a million ideas swirling in their head but no clear path to bring them to life. They’re motivated, open to learning, and not afraid to admit when they need guidance (bonus points if they love a good brainstorming session and can appreciate a dash of sass).

What makes them truly ideal is their desire to not just dream about building a thriving business but to take the actionable steps to make it happen. They might not have all the answers yet, but they’re ready to dig in, get clarity, and create offers that people actually want.

I’m here for the high achievers who feel stuck in “analysis paralysis” or like they’re spinning their wheels trying to DIY everything. My goal is to be the supportive, no-nonsense guide who helps them gain focus, execute their ideas, and ultimately feel confident in their business strategy.

If you’re someone who’s tired of second-guessing yourself and ready to finally make progress with clear, actionable steps, then we’d probably make a great team.
