Meet Tony Caballero

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Tony Caballero. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Tony below.

My family has taught me about generosity. I have found that giving to others no matter how small not only helps them, but also helps me. It’s about paying it forward. There was a time in my life when family or others uplifted and helped me. So whenever I have the chance, I try to do the same for others even if it’s a stranger.
I have done simple things like pay for the
Person behind me in the drive thru at Starbucks.
There was one time I saw a dad with his kid in line in front of me at the grocery store. You could tell it is “his” weekend to have the kid just by what he was buying. I could overhear their conversation and it isn’t hard to figure out that he is newly divorced and can barely pay for what little food he is buying. The kid who is maybe around 5 or 6 years old innocently asks “pleease can I get that toy”. The dad, clearly embarrassed says “maybe next time”. I couldn’t catch everything the kid said next, but something to the effect that “so & so always gets me toys”.
I thought to myself, I’ve been there, and the kid didn’t mean anything by the last comment. But, it had to sting. The kid was playing with something and distracted and others were far enough back that they couldn’t hear us. So I told the guy. “hey I have been in your shoes and I know what it’s like to start over. Can I help you out a little and pay for all your groceries?” He of course said “you don’t have to do that”. I said “I know, but this way your kid can go get that toy or 2 & after y’all can go get a Happy Meal or whatever. I just ask that later on one day when you Are in a position to help someone else out, then you pay it forward.” The Man, with tears in his eyes said “ok and thank you. I really appreciate it”. He told his kid go ahead and grab that toy. And that was that.
I wish everyone would adopt this mentality. It doesn’t have to involve money either. I have held the door open a little longer. I have ran up to open the door for a an elderly person. Helping someone who drops things, not just walking by and looking.
Just BE KIND and positive! & hopefully it will spread.
The Puppalliciousgirlz have also adopted this attitude from the beginning. Even giving back some (or all) of what their earnings as Affiliate (in the early days). And often times it was very little. Thirty, fifty, eighty dollars on occasion. Given to local animal shelters or one time (the eighty) given to a Good Samaritan who was taking a feral cat to get fixed. We also try to regularly donate items we collect too.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

We have our 4 Social Media Accounts currently. We are Influencers on Amazon, and have an Amazon Storefront. In addition to Amazon, we are Ambassadors for Rescue Retriever Pet Smoke Detector, Canine Keeps, Medterra CBD, and we were recently invited to Collaborate with Woof Agency and Pawjourr.

Our plan is to continue to grow in our following. Hopefully, be able to represent other businesses, companies, in addition to the ones we already represent of course and keep expanding. We hope to maybe branch out into a YouTube channel and who knows what else.
We are open to collaborating, even if it’s unique, email us.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

I think the three qualities that helped me were -my love for dogs & animals in general. To me they are not just dogs they are family. They are my kids.
-not being afraid to initiate a conversation.
-taking a gamble on myself and teaching myself how to do the computer aspects social media uploading pictures post, learning the rules on being a Amazon Influencer and having Amazon storefront and all of what goes into that.

Do it for the right reasons. Whatever “it” is. It’s easier to do something if it’s something you’re passionate about.
Don’t be afraid to talk to people, they are just people. Don’t let fear hold you back.
If you are not versed in computers then learn what you can. Maybe take a class. Or- do it the hard way like I did lots of research, reading, watching YouTube videos.

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?

We like to keep our content family friendly. We also like to stay out of politics, religion, or controversial subjects.
Even though we stay away from these things, doesn’t mean we still don’t have a sense of humor.

Things may not always seem to align with our (or your) niche, initially. But, don’t count us out. Sometimes it just takes a little imagination.
Don’t forget we don’t just have Raven & FeeFee “dog”, we also have “The Brat Pack “ which is cats, and Jim our Bearded Dragon. Check our Social Media pages to them.
Heck we just did a Video on TikTok for a Gothic type song. It was to help get the word out about their new song.
So let’s chat!
