Meet Patrick Mcintyre

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Patrick Mcintyre. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Patrick below.

Alright, so we’re so thrilled to have Patrick with us today – welcome and maybe we can jump right into it with a question about one of your qualities that we most admire. How did you develop your work ethic? Where do you think you get it from?

My work ethic comes from my diverse background as a realtor, financial planner, and registered nurse. These roles taught me the value of dedication, empathy, and precision. In loans and insurance, I carry those lessons forward—listening to clients’ needs, tailoring solutions, and going the extra mile to ensure their success. Hard work and persistence are non-negotiable when helping people secure their future.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

My journey has been one of resilience and growth. I started McIntyre Loans to help people achieve their financial dreams, offering tailored solutions in mortgages, commercial loans, and more. It hasn’t been easy—I’ve faced challenges, but every obstacle has shaped me into a stronger and more compassionate professional. My focus now is on building trust, providing value, and making a lasting impact in the lives of my clients. Through perseverance and purpose, I’m living my mission to help others thrive.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Looking back, three things stand out: resilience, connection, and continuous learning. Resilience taught me to embrace challenges as stepping stones. Building genuine connections reminded me that success is about people, not just numbers. And a commitment to continuous learning kept me sharp and adaptable.

For those just starting: embrace setbacks—they’re opportunities in disguise. Focus on building relationships; trust is your greatest currency. And never stop learning—the more you grow, the more value you can offer. Your journey will unfold in ways you never imagined if you stay committed to growth and purpose!

What’s been one of your main areas of growth this year?

My biggest growth this year has been mastering the art of persistence. I’ve learned to stay focused, embrace discomfort, and keep pushing forward no matter the obstacles. It’s been a game-changer in turning challenges into opportunities!
