We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Nancy Pearson a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Nancy, we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?
Finding my place in the gym transformed my experience. With each visit, I gained new skills that made me stronger, which sparked a sense of happiness and excitement. The momentum of progress kept me coming back, eager to see what I could accomplish next. As my strength grew, so did my confidence—both in the gym and beyond. That confidence stayed with me long after I left, and I began to see my newfound strength positively impact my everyday life, making everything more enjoyable!

I’m on a mission to build a powerhouse community of strong, confident women—a true female empire where strength and support go hand in hand. My gym and group of clients are more than just a fitness space; they are a haven for women ready to step into their power, whether they’re just starting out or seasoned athletes looking to reach new heights. Together, we’re fostering a culture of encouragement, growth, and transformation, where every woman feels empowered to take on the gym, the barbell, and ultimately, her life with unstoppable confidence.
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Stepping into your true self: You need to embrace who TF you are and not fit the model of who people want you to be. You need to embody authenticity in order to attract your crew of people and truly believe in yourself.
Ask for help: It’s okay to lean on the people who love and support you most. It is why we need, want & crave COMMUNITY! You can achieve anything when you have your support system in your corner
Keep learning: You don’t know everything so; read, write, study and have conversations with intelligent people. You can learn something new everyday if you really want to. Find people who know more than you who have the same passions, take notes, see how they made it work and gain as much information as you can!
How can folks who want to work with you connect?
I’m eager to collaborate with more female health and wellness professionals and businesswomen! My vision is to create a comprehensive network of experts dedicated to women’s health—a foundation where, no matter the need, we have someone ready to help. This includes partnering with female doctors specializing in women’s health, such as OBGYNs, hormone specialists, pelvic floor therapists, physical therapists, chiropractors, and mental health counselors. I’m also excited to work with wellness specialists like massage therapists, reflexologists, health educators, nutritionists, and other health coaches.
As a strength coach, I strive to provide my clients with the best possible support, but I know I can’t have all the answers. By building this network, I want to ensure every client has access to the right professional for their unique needs, creating a seamless path to better health and wellness for every woman I work with.
