Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Miranda Reynolds. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Miranda, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?
Motherhood vortex was all around me, I lived and breathed being a mom and a caregiver of an autistic adult. In 2014 my days were filled with sing-alongs, movie quotes and never-ending sensory experiences. Those days soon flew by as everyone grew. I began to wonder what my purpose was.
Around the holidays I would get request from family and friends for fuse bead art I create (Fuse beads are tiny plastic beads you iron/fuse together). My table soon became filled with fuse beads and my little helpers right beside me. Playdates meant we were bringing the fuse beads out for the kids to get creative. They kept the kids at the table and allowed us to talk. Soon everywhere I went so did my craft bag. We would bead at the park, at grana’s (grandma) house, birthday parties, anywhere we could.
I’m still stuck, still searching for who I was. searching for what’s next. It was always right in front of me, but it wasn’t clear. Everything was so out of focus until I stopped looking for something new and looked at what I already had.
Kids, teens and adults LOVE getting crafty with me (I think it’s more the fuse beads, but shhh). I decided I was going to start offering fuse bead “make and takes”. Crafty World Entertainment became my purpose, it allows me to spend time with my family and adventure to unique environments to get crafty with everyone!
Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
Hey. Hey I’m Miranda from Crafty World Entertainment and I am always trying to get crafty. I love the messy tables overflowing with arts, crafts and party supplies. There are endless tabs of craft and fuse beads projects to create on every device around me. My family is used to me bringing crafts for the kids instead of food to cook-outs and major events.
From my table to yours, began Crafty World Entertainment. I hosted our first party in 2020, just a few days before the world found out about COVID. Fuse beading and crafting with my family was how we got through. I focused on how to make our parties the best and FIRST ever fuse bead “Make and Take” station.
Fuse beads have brought such joy to my life. I started fuse beading with my best friend and I’m so lucky to be able to share fuse beading with you and all your friends and family.
Fuse beading can be stressful, but thanks to the patterns I create the easy set up and the “magical” bead sweeper I can bring the same joy to you and your friends and family.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
There has been a lot of new skills I have learned throughout my journey. The most helpful was learning how to edit photos and videos, in order to run your business, you need constant content and when you open up to graphic design programs there is so much you can do to grow your business. I even used these skills to create my own website. I used google and youtube videos to help me any time I got stuck.
Networking is something I knew very little about, how to find events, who to talk to, how to talk to people. To get noticed, people have to know about you. I search Eventbrite and local groups and look for networking events. You never know who you are going to meet to help you get to your next goal.
When kids and teens get crafty you have to have compassion and patients. Sometimes they get stuck and struggle and it’s my job to help them achieve what they’re vision is.
How can folks who want to work with you connect?
Absolutely yes! I’m always looking for new events to bring crafty entertainment to. Fuse beads are a magnet to EVERYONE and my table is always full of crafters. The best part is they get to leave with a creation they made and can always remember your event.

We have a simple set up to turn any space into the perfect on the go workshop. We can accommodate many artists at one time anywhere in Northeast, Ohio.
You choose the designs to make the best added attraction to your event or party. Our fuse bead workshops bring such a unique entertainment and can be set up indoors or outdoors. All ages can enjoy fuse beads in some way, younger artists can explore with their sensory development while other artists can follow patterns or free hand their own design.
