We were lucky to catch up with Johnny Felix recently and have shared our conversation below.
Johnny , so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?
I found my purpose by always being challenged in sports as a kid through the age of 33 and used it as a practice in life to go through obstacles to learn we are never perfect in life but we have a TALENTO.

Johnny Felix created Talento Creations in November 2021. Local artist and resident in the Aurora area. The name of “TALENTO” is reference as “TALENT”
to express his artwork to motivate youth and adults of his unique art creation. What is unique he uses halogram glitter to create movement & imaginations . As well his new trend “Urban Pulse” was inspired seeing heart beat monitors from the hospital to create it to artwork. 2 important trends in Johnny Felix artwork is back on every canvas or reprint he has created quotes to inspire the audience and overall perspective of the artwork. His best trend is the glow n the dark that he has created most of his work and defining the glow n the dark as a energy of talent that is presented in your soul that no one doesn’t know about. Johnny Felix has played and admired baseball over 20yrs, My idol is Roberto Clemente of humanity in sport and making a difference in the world. Stay tune Talento Creation is doing future collaboration with local artist in the Aurora area. Johnny Felix work has expanded to Oklahoma & Los Angeles, Ghana, Africa and as well donated pieces to local businesses and making artwork for the sick or hearing important stories. Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
3 skills impacted me in life was always listen to create opportunities for clients. Second, was passion. To enjoy what you love to do in life that no one can take away from you. TALENTO, open my mind more to create the vision of opportunities for me and for others as well creating a platform.
Advice to the youth & adults never give up that something you enjoy in life and you would like to do as a career or a goal. Hard work, Hustle, practice will create your reward of networking & growing as a human being and reflecting your life.

I’m always creating collaboration opportunities with other artist but specially in the Aurora, il area we’re I’m from. Im always giving back to my community for opportunities to grow and create. My goal is to connect sponsorship opportunities for my art career so I can keep growing and tell the amazing story of my artwork around the world as raised from a Puerto Rican family living the “American Dream”.
