Finding my purpose in wedding planning with Of Elegance, Weddings & Events has been a journey shaped by my experiences in large-scale event management. Coming from a background as an Executive Assistant and Operations Manager, I was no stranger to the complexities of orchestrating events. After years of working on large scale events, I helped manage thousands of people and seamless operations for massive crowds. Over time, I found that my true passion was in intimate and personalized weddings. Transitioning from overseeing monumental productions to focusing on weddings of 50-250 guests, I realized that my skill set in managing large events—attention to detail, time management, and coordination—perfectly complemented the wedding planning process. The joy of curating bespoke experiences, connecting deeply with couples, and seeing their dreams come to life in a more personal setting has allowed me to discover my true purpose in wedding planning. I truly felt my inner self awakened and my creativity tested in a rejuvenating way. I am excited and energized each day I rise, knowing I get to work on many amazing couples biggest day of their lives. At Of Elegance, Weddings & Events, I’m able to combine the artistry of event design with my meticulous operational expertise (after working alongside the highest level of executives), creating unforgettable moments for every couple. I’ve curated a team that works hand in hand, we all have a passion in events, and love seeing our couple’s wedding day come to fruition. We anticipate their needs before they know them and fill in all the blanks in the planning process. What makes this journey even more fulfilling is the incredible network of talented vendors we work with—each contributing their expertise and passion to make every wedding exceptional and unforgettable.

We specialize in designing and planning elegant weddings for couples who seek a refined and timeless celebration. We understand that every couple has a unique vision, and our goal is to bring that vision to life with grace and sophistication. From the initial consultation to the final moments of the big day, we work closely with our clients, providing expert guidance every step of the way. What excites us most is the opportunity to craft personalized, seamless experiences that reflect each couple’s personality, style, and love story. Whether it’s curating exquisite décor, selecting the perfect vendors, or managing logistics to ensure every detail is flawless, we thrive on turning our clients’ dreams into reality. At the heart of it all, our passion lies in creating beautiful, unforgettable moments that leave a lasting impression on guests, making each wedding extraordinary.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

When I started Of Elegance, Weddings & Events, three key actions truly shaped the foundation of my business. First, working with Lisa from Nightingale Events as a mentor was incredibly impactful. Her guidance helped me refine my approach to wedding planning, offering invaluable insights into everything from acquiring the proper clientele to operational management. Second, establishing a brand that authentically represents my style and the kind of weddings I wanted to create was crucial. I focused on curating a brand that exudes elegance, sophistication, and personalization, ensuring that it resonated with the couples I serve and set the tone for every event. Lastly, building a strong reputation within a community of vendors and venues was essential. I formed collaborative relationships with talented professionals who share my commitment to excellence. This community-driven approach has allowed me to create seamless, high-quality weddings where everyone works together toward a shared vision, strengthening my credibility and presence in the industry. These three pillars have played a vital role in helping Of Elegance, Weddings & Events grow into the trusted, elegant wedding planning brand it is today!

Our ideal clients are couples in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Vermont seeking a personalized, elegant wedding experience. They value the finer details and are passionate about creating a celebration that reflects their unique love story. Our clients appreciate timeless, sophisticated design and understand the importance of a seamless, well-executed event. Whether they envision an intimate gathering or a grand celebration, they trust us to handle every aspect of the planning process, from curating exquisite décor to managing logistics with precision.
