Meet Klaudia Kwiatkowska

We were lucky to catch up with Klaudia Kwiatkowska recently and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Klaudia, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?

Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve hated being told what to do. Whether it was cleaning the house or running to the grocery store, it always made me want to do it less. I know it sounds kind of silly, but being given orders just didn’t sit right with me. When it comes to work or chasing my goals, I’ve learned that I have to want it, and it has to feel fun. If it feels too much like work, it’s hard for me to stay excited about it.

In my 20s, I found myself gravitating toward environments filled with successful, driven people—those who had already carved their path or were well on their way. Being surrounded by their energy and ambition has been one of my greatest sources of inspiration. I love seeing people thrive and go after their dreams. Their energy and determination always make me think, “If they can do it, so can I.”

From a young age, I’ve seen how liberating financial freedom can be, and that understanding has deeply shaped my outlook. It’s been a driving force in my journey- something that keeps me reaching higher and dreaming bigger.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

I’m Klaudia, and I’m a UGC content creator, coach, and digital marketer with a passion for helping women unlock their potential and achieve financial freedom. My journey started out of necessity—I was navigating challenges like medical debt and starting over in a new country being supported by my ex financially—but it transformed into something truly fulfilling. Today, I’m focused on teaching women how to make money online by building creative, flexible careers as content creators and digital marketers.

What excites me most about what I do is seeing the transformation in the women I work with. Many of them come to me feeling stuck in their 9-to-5 jobs or unsure how to begin. Through my guides, coaching, and digital tools, I’ve been able to help them not only grow their social media presence but also create sustainable income streams—whether that’s through UGC, or selling digital products. Seeing their wins, big or small, is the best part of my work.

What’s special about my brand is the authenticity and connection I bring to everything I create. I know what it’s like to start with nothing, and I always strive to share honest, actionable advice that empowers women to take control of their financial future. My content reflects that, blending a fun and relatable tone with strategies that actually work.

Right now, I’m really focused on expanding my offerings. I’ve recently launched a bundle of digital guides designed to teach women everything they need to know about becoming UGC creators, going viral on social media, and building a business that doesn’t rely on constant online visibility. I’m also preparing to launch my Ultimate Content Creator’s Success Kit, a comprehensive tool for aspiring creators, in 2025.

For me, this journey is about more than just creating content—it’s about inspiring women to dream bigger, take risks, and build the lives they’ve always wanted. Whether it’s sharing strategies for success or helping someone land their first brand deal, my goal is to keep creating solutions that truly make a difference.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Looking back, I’d say the three most impactful qualities and skills in my journey have been resilience, creativity, and the willingness to learn.

Resilience was key for me, especially when I was starting over with no clear path forward. There were so many moments when I doubted myself, but I kept going anyway. I learned that setbacks don’t define you—your response to them does. For anyone just starting out, my advice is to embrace challenges as part of the process. Stay focused on your goals, even when things feel uncertain, and remind yourself that growth happens outside your comfort zone.

Creativity has been a game changer. Whether I’m brainstorming content ideas, helping brands tell their stories, or creating my own digital products, thinking outside the box has allowed me to stand out. For those early in their journey, I’d say don’t be afraid to try new things or let your unique perspective shine. The internet is saturated with content, but you are your own superpower. Lean into what makes you different.

Lastly, the willingness to learn has been invaluable. I invested in courses, studied successful creators, and stayed curious about the tools and trends shaping the digital world. I believe there’s no such thing as being “fully ready”—you learn as you go. My advice is to never stop asking questions and seeking knowledge, whether it’s through mentors, online resources, or trial and error. Every bit of learning adds up and brings you closer to your goals.

If you’re just starting out, be kind to yourself and stay consistent. It’s easy to compare your beginning to someone else’s middle, but remember, everyone started somewhere. Focus on progress over perfection, and trust that every step forward is bringing you closer to where you want to be.

What would you advise – going all in on your strengths or investing on areas where you aren’t as strong to be more well-rounded?

I believe it’s important to go all in on your strengths while also being open to learning complementary skills that can elevate your work. Focusing on what you’re naturally good at allows you to build confidence and momentum, but improving in other areas can help you grow and unlock new opportunities.

When I first started UGC a year ago, I went all in. I spent an entire month studying it obsessively—I’m talking every tutorial, guide, and tip I could get my hands on. I wanted to make sure I understood what brands needed and how I could deliver high-quality content. By the time I reached out to my first brand, I felt confident and ready because I had poured so much effort into mastering this one skill.

But here’s where my perfectionism kicked in. I’m my own biggest critic, and I quickly realized that aiming for “perfect” wasn’t helping me—it was holding me back. With UGC, I’ve learned that perfection isn’t the goal. You grow and evolve with every video you create, and trying to make something flawless often just delays the process. What matters most is starting, putting your work out there, and trusting that you’ll get better over time.

At the same time, learning complementary skills like digital marketing has been a game-changer for me. It’s given me the ability to diversify my income with passive revenue streams like selling digital guides, which is something I never expected when I first started. Expanding my skill set hasn’t taken away from my UGC—it’s enhanced it.

So, my advice is to double down on your strengths, especially at the beginning, because that’s where you’ll build confidence and see results. But don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone and pick up new skills when the time is right. You don’t need to be perfect at everything, but being adaptable and willing to learn will open up doors you didn’t even know were there.
