Meet Tatiana Vickerie

We were lucky to catch up with Tatiana Vickerie recently and have shared our conversation below.

Tatiana, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?
I’ve always been someone who thrives in intimate settings, drawn to uncovering the deeper “why” and steering clear of small talk. Working in the music and entertainment industry for over seven years—a field I’m still deeply immersed in—I often struggled to find spaces where people could truly connect and let their guard down. In an environment where networking is often fast-paced and transactional, I felt a strong desire to create something different: a space where people could slow down and experience genuine, transformational connections—not only with others but also within themselves.

This desire became my purpose. While continuing my work in music and entertainment, I’ve focused on redefining what networking can look and feel like within this industry and beyond. By creating spaces that encourage honest conversations and mindful movement, I’ve built environments where people feel seen, heard, and understood, fostering connections that inspire both personal and professional growth.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
I was born and raised in New Jersey to hardworking immigrant parents from South America. As a middle child and often the odd one out, I found inspiration in music and entertainment, which led me to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Media Studies and a master’s in Music Business. My career in music brought me to Los Angeles, where I began prioritizing health and wellness as I navigated life across the country.

While I found networking events and wellness classes in LA, I noticed there wasn’t a space that blended the two—something I realized was essential for myself and others seeking similar experiences. This inspired me to create Feel Seen, a platform that combines networking and wellness to foster authentic connections for industry professionals.

In addition to hosting independent events, we’re thrilled to partner with major music, entertainment, and technology companies to bring the holistic Feel Seen networking experience directly to their employees.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
As I continue on this journey, I’ve realized how important authenticity, attention to detail, and building a solid team have been in making everything come together. I’ve learned that when I share my own experiences, it helps create a space where people can open up and feel vulnerable too. Leading by example has really made a difference in that.

Attention to detail is also something I’ve come to value—it helps everything run smoothly while giving each event its own special touch, making sure it feels consistent. And of course, I can’t do everything by myself! Finding the right people to help has been such a relief, allowing me to focus on the bigger picture and other important aspects.

If I had to give advice to anyone starting out, it would be to just start. Don’t stress about being perfect right away—take your time, reflect on what’s working, and figure out what needs tweaking. Trust that experience will teach you along the way. I’m excited to see what other gems I’ll learn as we continue building and growing.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
I’m always looking to partner with brands and small businesses that align with self-care and wellness—such as skincare, journals, candles, and similar products—as well as licensed fitness instructors to help facilitate the wellness portion of our experiences across the country. If you’re interested in collaborating, please reach out to info@feelseen.co. I’d love to connect with you!
