Meet Kajsa Vikman

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Kajsa Vikman a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Kajsa, we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?

I believe we are all born with confidence and self-esteem. How else would a baby learn how to walk? Think about the number of times you fell before you took your first step. The same is true for self-esteem, healthy babies think very highly of themselves and know they are worthy and deserving of getting what they want. Through life experience and what we are told we may lose our confidence in trying new things or in certain areas. When I was a child I was very confident and wanted to perform on stage at the 1st grade graduation in front of the entire school. Well, I forgot what to say and to my dismay I was embarrassed in front of 100s of people. After that, and a few other similar incidents I lost my confidence and the fear of public speaking was imprinted in my subconscious mind.

Now, cut to 30 years later when I am working as a marketing executive at a Hollywood studio and I have to give presentations in front of big crowd or to senior management. My confidence public speaking is very low and my anxiety level is very high! I don’t think of my childhood experiences, but my subconscious does. Now I have to take steps to learn to build my confidence back up. Here are a few strategies I use, and recommend to others as well:
1) Change thinking: change how you think about the event. Instead of dreading it, think of it as fun and exciting.
2) Change your language: use positive words when you talk about what it is you are going to do, say “I can do this”, I got this”, “this is easy” etc.
3) Self-Belief: believe in yourself, see yourself doing whatever is it in a confident way.
4) Practice: do it over and over again will help you get more and more confident.

You can also work on your subconscious mind using RTT and hypnosis to remove hidden blocks to both confidence and self-esteem. I definitely use and am proof of how effective it can be.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

I am a “Mind Transformation Expert”, as such I facilitate transformation for people in their business as well as personal life. Transformations like moving from feeling anxious to feeling calm. from having money blocks in business and personal life to living with more abundance, from not being confident to being confident and having high self-esteem, and so much more, anything that allows a person to live their best life and remove blocks in the way of that.

The techniques I use are RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy), RTC (Rapid Transformational Coaching), Hypnosis, my MA in Spiritual Psychology and my extensive work as an executive in the entertainment and fitness/wellness world. Through my own search for tools to transform and heal, I have discovered what I believe to be the quickest and deepest way to heal and transform. Most of the work is done on the subconscious level, both discovering the root cause of the issues/blocks and then reprogramming those old beliefs that were formed in childhood (many before age 7!), into new beliefs that serve you better know and allows you to achieve your goals and dreams now.

I am very enthusiastic about this work, it’s powerful and it works!

My specialty in personal transformations include confidence, self-esteem, money-blocks, anxiety and weight loss. My specialty for business and career include the same as well as self-sabotage, procrastination, fear of failure, fear of public speaking, and lack of purpose.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

The three areas I think are indicative of success and reaching your goals are:

1) CONFIDENCE: You need to have the confidence in yourself that you can do it and that you can figure it out. If you don’t have that killer confidence in yourself, no one else will. You can actively develop your confidence by practicing doing the things that are hard and scary for you. Now I also use RTT -Rapid Transformational Therapy to help clients get the confidence and self-esteem they want, it can be really life changing.

2) RECOVERY and RESILIENCE: This is the ability to get back on track and stick with it when times are tough. The truth is, just because you have the confidence to go for it, it doesn’t mean that you will succeed every time. You have to be willing to fail, if you don’t, you may just be playing it too safe. When you go big, and think big, you are bound to have set-backs, the quicker you recover, the faster you can make adjustments and keep going.

3) ENTHUSIASM: This one is so important and it goes a long way. When you have enthusiasm and energy you are more productive, you attract more, you learn more, you find the right people and you tend to work from a state of positivity and possibility. You are operating in a higher frequency where anything is possible. This is the quality I think it’s the hardest to learn. I have found that it works best when you start to remove old blocks to it, like fear of failure.

Who is your ideal client or what sort of characteristics would make someone an ideal client for you?

My ideal client is someone ready to invest in themselves and grow, both internally and externally. They are committed to self-development and achieving their dreams, like starting and/or growing the own brand/business, achieving financial goals, building personal and professional confidence, eliminating money blocks, overcoming anxiety and moving forward without procrastination and lack of motivation.
The perfect client is someone who has the desire for personal and professional transformation. They are eager to unlock their full potential, break through limiting beliefs, upgrade their mindset and create a life they love. We only have one life, and it’s our responsibility to make the most of it by creating a fulfilling and extraordinary life.
Here are some other examples as to what clients may be seeking to do:
• Identify and overcome subconscious blocks holding you back.
• Build unshakable confidence and self-esteem to reach the next level.
• Develop a strong self-worth and abundance mindset to attract wealth and success.
• Replace anxiety with calm and clarity in your daily life.
• Gain clarity on your purpose and the steps needed to fulfill it.
• Maximize your performance and achieve peak results.
• Reinvent yourself with energy, focus, and motivation.
• Seize new opportunities and release limiting beliefs.
• Align your subconscious mind with your conscious desires.
• Make your mind your greatest ally in achieving your goals.
