Meet Silvana Marroche

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Silvana Marroche a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Alright, so we’re so thrilled to have Silvana with us today – welcome and maybe we can jump right into it with a question about one of your qualities that we most admire. How did you develop your work ethic? Where do you think you get it from?

My work ethic comes from my family roots, mostly my parents. My dad worked 2 jobs for awhile, after buying our house so that my mom could stay at home and care for us kids. I remember my dad being so tired, red eyes from barely sleeping. He taught us that hard work does pay off and quitting is not an option. Once must persevere and do what it takes to succeed, all while being honest and having integrity and being kind to others

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

At Forest Nymphs we are focused on making the best products we can naturally make. All are always Vegan, always fresh and and always handmade by us the Forest Nymphs team. We do not have anyone else but myself and the my team that I carefully select to make our products.
Our soaps are unique in their creation as are all our products. They are made with the highest quality ingredients, each has a specific intention and inspiration behind it. Each one has a story of their own. All have meaning. From the botanical infusions, to the gemstones and Reiki energy, carrier oils, fragrances and essential oil blends to the colors and the pouring under the correct moon times, in a high vibe music filled space. All blend synergistically to manifest one unique product.

We are passionate about donating to our community as a whole, about being a voice for animals and against animal cruelty and testing. We are PETA leaping bunny certified. We donate soaps to the Eco Soap bank. We donate our soaps and our branded water to homeless organizations in our community, as well as Skid Row in Los Angeles so that the needy can have good smelling soaps that will help them feel good, with some dignity in being clean and fresh if even for a moment.

We have new things in the works for 2025 and plans of touring around the USA giving away soap bars while meeting people who have believed in us all these years, We are so grateful that honestly there are no words for how much gratitude and love we feel.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

BELIEVE in yourself, in your craft.
CONSISTENCY you must be consistent in your product, in your convictions, have real purpose. Practice until you can do it as second nature
GENUINE be true in your reason for your WHY. People feel the intention, it shows when someone is not feeling it

What do you do when you feel overwhelmed? Any advice or strategies?

Pray. I pray alot, Music. Music for me has always been huge in helping me relax when things get overwhelming, and it never fails me. I also go for a run, turn the music on and it re centers me, I am able to focus. But my team is the life line to it all, without them I couldn’t do any of this.
My advise for anyone who gets to the overwhelmed state, because it will happen, is do what will help you relax, center and come back to a place to where your mind in clear. Because at the end of the day all will be all right. It will,
