Meet Gogo Zoger

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Gogo Zoger. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Gogo below.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
As a professionally trained dancer, writer, and yoga instructor (& life-long mover), I’m passionate about creating dynamic art to bring my words to life. I got my start in podcasting in the fall of 2019 and never looked back– starting as an Intern for The Only One In The Room podcast and moving up to the role of Associate Producer. The show continued to gain popularity, rising to the top 1% of podcasts globally. Since then there has been no shortage of creative projects, episode ideation, social media campaigns, and video shoots to keep me stimulated. I host a guided meditation podcast and yoga community called gogoflow where I help people quiet the outside world and find peace in the present moment.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
1. Communication 2. Adaptability
3. Confidence

As long as you can keep things real with yourself, and people around you— you’ll feel more comfortable letting go of what you can’t control and dominating everything else you set your mind to.

What was the most impactful thing your parents did for you?
The most impactful thing my parents ever did for me, was release all expectations and allow me to forge my own path.
