Eric, looking forward to learning from your journey. You’ve got an amazing story and before we dive into that, let’s start with an important building block. Where do you get your work ethic from?

I got my work ethic from my mother. my mom is real hard worker who’s motto is if you don’t work you don’t eat. So I took what I learned from my mother and applied it to my business

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

I work for 3 companies.BHBR which is boldy hause boldy records as a producer.I work for IHP which is in hause production as rapper 😎 and Starpower ent as both we have 50 mixtapes out now you can get them monk the promo god.we also have digital releases such as standing on business Lettuce prey and free lunch available on all digital streaming service

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

The three qualities were networking promotions and finance knowing what your budget and network costs can enhance your performance and make you reach goals you didn’t know you could reach.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?

I’m looking for clothing lines and models to advertise for the magazine I work for called Stardom 101 magazine the price is handled by me so you just need to provide the modeling and brand
