We were lucky to catch up with Regina Sih-Meynier recently and have shared our conversation below.
Regina, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?
My purpose found me. I’ve always heard this subtle inner whisper, urging me toward something more. I’m a clinical pharmacist by training and spent 20 years in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry after nine years of advanced education. Yet that whisper kept saying, “I’m supposed to be doing something else.” After plenty of reflection and soul-searching, I finally heard: I’m here to help others make career and life decisions guided by intuition. Now I’m using my intuitive downloads to help professionals and entrepreneurs with their business strategy.
Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
I’m currently writing my memoir/self-help book, which is a blend of my personal journey and the practical steps I’ve discovered for manifesting wealth, well-being, and living authentically. After spending two decades in healthcare and the pharmaceutical industry, I pivoted in 2020 to create my own consulting business. Now, I guide professionals and entrepreneurs to break free from what’s making them miserable and unfulfilled so they can discover—and truly own—their purpose.
My approach starts with helping people establish a sense of financial security. I’ve found that once you’re confident in meeting your basic needs, you have the freedom to explore what really calls you. That’s where my intuitive downloads come in: they shape both collective and individual career and business strategies so my clients can build a life aligned with their deepest aspirations. What I’ve experienced firsthand—from leaving my longtime career to creating space for my soul’s calling—ends up in my writing, coaching, masterclasses, and retreats in France at our estate in the countryside. It’s a journey of transformation, and I’m grateful to help others find their own path to living fully and boldly.
I’m most excited about my new book coming out January 2026. The working title is “Life From the Other Side: Manifesting Wealth and Wellbeing, While Sipping Tea in the French Countryside.” The premise is that most people believe that happiness is about staying in a life you’ve built, but what I know from experience is that true happiness comes from leaving a life you thought you wanted.
Breaking free from full-time corporate employment has afforded me the freedom to live authentically and freely. San Francisco is our primary residence but we spend 4-6 months at my husband’s childhood home in the French countryside where I run the Go Slow to Go Faster Retreats, and I also spend time with my 82-year-old widowed father in Southern California.
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Trust, Listen, Take aligned action.
1) Trust Your Gut Instincts: Your body intelligence is incredibly powerful. It will nudge you when something’s right and warn you when something’s off. Instead of forcing things (the “push”), pay attention to what naturally draws you in (the “pull”).
2) Listen to Your Inner Voice: We all have that quiet guidance inside us. Don’t ignore it, listen to it! When you hear it nudging you toward a person, opportunity, or idea, lean in and explore it. That inner voice never leads you astray. It guides you to the next right step even if you can’t see the big picture yet.
3) Take Aligned Action Swiftly: Clarity comes from movement. When you feel the pull and your inner voice says “Go,” don’t delay. Jump in and course-correct if you need to. The key is to keep moving in alignment with your intuition. And sometimes you’ll feel tired or you don’t feel like doing what you’re sensing. You can’t be lazy when you live authentically listening to the inner guidance.
Thanks so much for sharing all these insights with us today. Before we go, is there a book that’s played in important role in your development?
Into the Magic Shop: A Neurosurgeon’s Quest to Discover the Mysteries of the Brain and the Secrets of the Heart by James R. Doty, MD.
