We were lucky to catch up with Tenlo recently and have shared our conversation below.
TENLo, looking forward to learning from your journey. You’ve got an amazing story and before we dive into that, let’s start with an important building block. Where do you get your work ethic from?
Our work ethic comes from years of watching others get to where we want to be. If you want to be where others are you have to work harder then the competition .
Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
We are a two man, self produced, electronic/rock act that has been featured on TMZ, Billboard and hundreds of main stream media outlets throughout the world. The beginning of 2025 we currently have been hitting it hard in the studio getting ready to release new music on all music platforms. We are really excited about some of our best work to date, our first song we will be releasing in the coming months will be a track called, ” Fix Me”. This year we are focusing on putting together our live show to start playing dates throughout the U.S.
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Being self produced has given us a lot of freedom to do whatever we want. It takes a lot of time to learn everything but in the end definitely worth it! Being able to record ideas anytime and develop them into a songs has been something we look forward to when we wake up each day. For the future musician reading this highly recommend trying this approach.
Is there a particular challenge you are currently facing?
Currently one of our biggest challenges is putting together our live show. Being a 2 man band, we don’t have a bass player or drummer live. So we have built a live rig just like most of the really big artist use in arenas. Only ours is a little more budget friendly. Learning how to use it live, and rehearse with it is somewhat challenging as this is our first time using a lot of these programs. In the coming months we hope to get more familiar and improve our set as we build this beast moving forward .
